NLE司机为您提供全荷境内自送点收寄和上门取件服务，并提供灵活的提货时间供您选择。是荷兰市场上唯一一家可以做到取件范围覆盖全荷兰，且上门取货免费的物流公司。如果客户需要购买打包用的包装材料，司机也会提供上门送货服务，一次性完成预约送货过程。通过NLE邮寄包裹，可选择电脑网页、微信、APP等多种形式下单，付款，流程简单易操作，物流信息方便追踪。从客户下单起，到入库、进入批次，到达机场，直到收件人签收包裹，客户可随时追踪每一步包裹的物流信息。

Package sent for 3 weeks without any update. I think they already lost my package, worse still, even don't inform me. Won't ever use their service again. Horrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the company at their physical location on a Saturday after I could not get through their phone lines. They have young and friendly staff. I was quite upset when I got there but i saw they were doing their best and were not ill willed. The company is doing really well and growing really fast and are experiencing growing pains. The information on the website /app/ communication in English must improve though. You need to be fluent in Chinese and a regular WebChat user to get fully access to their system if something goes wrong. They packed my stuff at the warehouse and gave it to me.

Once I reached out to their customer service for questions regarding customs clearance. Their team members were pretty young but surprisingly experienced and professional. I recently heard that they provide domestic logistic service. I would definitely try it out once I have the chance. For those who want to have their items shipped to China, I will strongly recommond NLE express.
