Thank you for all the support you have given me and for your friendship and kindness in our sessions. I've always known that I needed therapy but I was doubtful of the outcome and I was never quite trusting enough to give it a try. I am glad I finally did and that I had the opportunity to do it with you.
You have a true talent and capacity for this line of work. I'll keep in touch and let you know how I'm doing. If you're available, I'll be happy to speak with you again in the future if I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I think I have built up some good emotional resources throughout this past year though, so hopefully, I'll be able to manage things in a much better way now. I feel optimistic and relieved.
