★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verschrikkelijke behandeling van de telefoniste. Zij belde mij en ging mij vertellen dat ik op huisnummer 30 woon, terwijl dat niet zo is. Dat is te zot voor woorden. Ze had het verkeerde huisnummer in haar bestand staan, en ging doen alsof het mijn probleem is. Dat was al lachwekkend. Vervolgens wilden we een afspraak maken voor asbest inventarisatie. Ik vertelde haar dat ik donderdag vanaf 11:30 kan, zegt ze, maar u woont er toch? Waarom bemoeit zij zich met mijn agenda en waar ik slaap? Enorm respectloze behandeling gehad. Het is natuurlijk een langer verhaal dan dit, maar dit alles was te zot voor woorden!
 Terrible treatment of the operator. She called me and told me that I live at house number 30, while that is not the case. That's too crazy for words. She had the wrong house number in her file, and started pretending it was my problem. That was laughable. We then wanted to make an appointment for asbestos inventory. I told her I can go on Thursday from 11:30, she says, but you live there, right? Why does she interfere with my agenda and where I sleep? Enormously disrespectful treatment. It is of course a longer story than this, but all this was crazy for words!
