De plaatsing is keurig uitgevoerd door de monteurs en de rommel netjes opgeruimd. Bewust gekozen voor een bedrijf waar vertrouwen vanaf straalt, dat is wel gebleken want wij zijn voorzien van een mooie klimaatoplossing in huis voor zomer én winter. Yesterday a Daikin Perfera was placed here by North Pole. Clear information from the office regarding the quotation and provided with the right advice. The installation was neatly carried out by the mechanics and the mess cleared up neatly. Consciously chosen for a company that radiates confidence, that has proven to be because we are equipped with a nice climate solution in the house for summer and winter.

Qua prijs/kwaliteit/service kwamen zij voor mij als beste uit de bus en dat bleek ook zo te zijn. Het begon al met het eerste vrijblijvende thuis bezoek. Goede voorlichting en advies werd er gegeven. Snelle communicatie via telefoon en online met de klantenservice die een scherpe offerte konden geven. Het team dat de installatie kwam plaatsen was zeer vriendelijk. Vooral het meedenken waar exact alles geplaatst kon worden, de vakmanschap van het plaatsen, de voorzichtigheid zodat er geen schade ontstond aan de binnen- en buitenkant van het huis, was erg goed. Een vertrouwd gevoel dat rust geeft want een airconditioner/warmte installatie plaats je voor vele jaren waar zij ook het onderhoud voor kunnen aanbieden. Ik zit er nu warmpjes en koel bij de komende jaren. North Pole Air Conditioning has been a very good choice of mine to have an air conditioner/heating installation installed. In terms of price/quality/service they came out on top for me and that turned out to be the case. It all started with the first non-committal home visit. Good information and advice was given. Fast communication by phone and online with customer service who were able to provide a competitive quote. The team that came to place the installation was very friendly. Especially the thinking along where exactly everything could be placed, the craftsmanship of placing, the caution so that no damage occurred to the inside and outside of the house, was very good. A familiar feeling that gives peace of mind because you place an air conditioner/heating installation for many years, for which they can also offer maintenance. I am now warm and cool with the coming years.

De Diakin airco’s zijn top geïnstalleerd, zien er goed uit en doen het goed. Alle afval en verpakkingsmateriaal is keurig meegenomen. Aanrader. Very satisfied with the craftsmanship, friendliness and courtesy of the Noordpool employees. The Diakin air conditioners are top installed, look good and work well. All waste and packaging material is neatly taken away. Recommended.

Een bezoek met vervolgens snelle en heldere offerte (met type nrs en duidelijke specificatie), keurige planning en conform geplaatst. Flinke klus maar zeer vriendelijk en professionele monteurs hebben het keurig uitgevoerd. Alle oude installaties meegenomen en werk opgeruimd. Erg netjes. Bij contact wordt direct de telefoon opgenomen, berichten zijn keurig doorgezet en reacties volgden snel. En dat met uitstekende DAIKIN installatie en zelfs voor de laagste prijs. Wij zijn echt heel blij dat we NOORDPOOL gekozen hebben. We are extremely satisfied with NORTH POLE. After 3 quotes chose NORTH POLE and they did it very professionally and neatly. A visit followed by a quick and clear quotation (with type numbers and clear specification), neat planning and installed in accordance with the requirements. Quite a job but very friendly and professional mechanics did the job neatly. Removed all old installations and cleaned up work. Very neat. When contacted, the phone is immediately answered, messages are neatly forwarded and responses followed quickly. And that with excellent DAIKIN installation and even for the lowest price. We are really happy that we chose NORTH POLE.

Na een, in onze ogen, acceptabele offerte te hebben ontvangen, heeft de installatie plaatsgevonden binnen 2 weken. De installatie is exact uitgevoerd zoals Martin tijdens zijn bezoek aan de woning heeft geschetst. De twee installateurs hebben op rustige en kundige wijze de units geplaatst, aangesloten, gecontroleerd, in bedrijf gesteld en de ruimten schoon opgeleverd. Advies: ben je op zoek naar een airco voor koelen en verwarmen van ruimtes in je woning? Neem dan beslist even contact op met NoordPool! Martin informed and advised us in a very casual and professional manner about the (im)possibilities of cooling and heating different rooms with a Daikin air conditioning unit. After receiving what we consider an acceptable offer, the installation took place within 2 weeks. The installation was carried out exactly as Martin sketched during his visit to the house. The two installers placed, connected, checked, put into operation the units in a calm and professional manner and delivered the rooms clean.
