★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vermieter sehr unkooperativ. Haben die Reise storniert, weil die Corona Inzidenzwerte nach Buchung stark gestiegen sind. Die Stornogebühren fallen hier dann in voller Höhe der Miete (bei uns 800€) an. Das ist nicht nur unverschähmt hoch, sondern auch sehr unkulant in diesen schwierigen Zeiten.
 Landlord very uncooperative. Canceled the trip because the corona incidence values rose sharply after booking. The cancellation fees are then incurred in the full amount of the rent (with us € 800). This is not only outrageously high, but also very impolite in these difficult times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Unterkunft (Haus 48) war bei Übernahme nur unzureichend gereinigt. Gerade im Zusammenhang mit der Corona-Pandemie sollten die Kontaktflächen (Türklinken, Treppenhandlauf, Wasserhähne) peinlichst sauber sein. Das war leider nicht der Fall, hier haben wir 1 Stunde nachgereinigt. An der Eingangstür lagen bzw. liegen noch die Zigarettenkippen von Vormieter.
Im Bad war bzw. ist der Abfluss am Handwaschbecken verstopft, das Wasser ist erst nach 4 min abgeflossen.
Der Handlauf im Treppenhaus ist stellenweise nicht richtig befestigt und wackelt.
Risse im Innenputz wurden mit Tape repariert.
Von Montag bis Freitag wurden wir pünktlich jeden Morgen um 06:30 Uhr vom Baustellenlärm auf der gegenüberliegenden Kanalseite geweckt.
Tagsüber war ein Aufenthalt im Haus geschweige denn auf der Terasse wegen des durchdringenden Baustellenlärms (Bohren, Hämmern, Maschinen- und Fahrzeuglärm) nicht zumutbar.
Fazit: nicht zu empfehlen!!!
The accommodation (house 48) was only insufficiently cleaned when it was taken over. Especially in connection with the corona pandemic, the contact surfaces (door handles, stair handrail, taps) should be meticulously clean. Unfortunately, that was not the case, here we cleaned for 1 hour. The cigarette butts of the previous tenant were or are still lying at the entrance door.
In the bathroom the drain on the hand basin was or is blocked, the water only drained after 4 minutes.
The handrail in the stairwell is not properly attached in places and wobbles.
Cracks in the interior plaster were repaired with tape.
From Monday to Friday we were woken up punctually every morning at 6:30 a.m. by the noise of the construction site on the opposite side of the canal.
During the day, a stay in the house let alone on the terrace was unreasonable because of the pervasive construction site noise (drilling, hammering, machine and vehicle noise).
Conclusion: not to be recommended!
