Sehr guter Service aber abfuck war Nebelmaschine die den ganzen Raum der eh schon vernebelt war nochmal dichter gemacht hat und einen unangenehmen Geruch mitgebracht hat Very nice location right on the harbor, but little parking space. Very good service but abfuck was fog machine that made the whole room that was already fogged up again and brought an unpleasant smell

Dann hatten wir nur 30 min Zeit den Kopf zu rauchen da wir nur bis 12 Uhr bleiben durften ohne Reservierung. Beim abrechnen der nächste Schrecken!! Auf einmal hieß es pro Person 5€ Eintritt, die shishas wurden auf einmal von 12€ auf 15€ pro Kopf gerechnet und die Getränke auch. Am Ende für 4 Personen, 3 Colas und 2 Pfeifen á 12€, gute 60€ los. Kann nur davon abraten tausend versteckte Kosten und schlechter Service! Mal abgesehen von der Musik die alle 10 min von neu abgespielt wurde. Absolutely bad service! We waited 40 minutes for our shisha. Then we only had 30 minutes to smoke our heads because we were only allowed to stay until 12 noon without a reservation. When counting the next horror! Suddenly it was 5€ entry per person, the shishas were suddenly calculated from 12€ to 15€ per head and the drinks too. In the end for 4 people, 3 colas and 2 whistles á 12€, a good 60€ going. Can only advise against a thousand hidden costs and bad service! Apart from the music that was played every 10 minutes.

Eindstand zaten we moesten we iemand aanspreken om een bestelling te kunnen plaatsen. Na 45 minuten te hebben gewacht kregen we onze drinken. Onze shisha's waren nog zoek en niemand heeft geen idee waar ze zijn. Als we een medewerker hierop aanspreken, zeggen we te gaan vragen waar onze bestelling is. Tot op heden nog niks kregen en we zitten hier al een uur en kwartier naar te harde muziek te luisteren waar mijn trommelvlies u tegen zegt... Kijk maar wat je hiermee doet. Mijn ervaring met deze lounge. We had to wait in line for 5 minutes. We got a seat after waiting 5 minutes in the hall. At the end of the day, we had to address someone to place an order. After waiting 45 minutes we got our drinks. Our shishas were still missing and nobody has any idea where they are. If we speak to an employee about this, we say to ask where our order is. Until now we have not received anything and we have been sitting here for an hour and fifteen minutes listening to music that is too loud, which my eardrum says to you... Look what you do with this. My experience with this lounge.

En na 45 minuten nog geen shisha gekregen… Muziek staat ook verschrikkelijk hard. Jammer dit. Very bad service, just got seated. After 15 minutes we received our ordered drink. And after 45 minutes still no shisha… Music is also terribly loud. Pity this.

M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waiting for shisha more than 2 hours. the guys are rough and no nice entry service. made a reservation but they didnt notice it so refused me to enter the lounge bar because it was “sold out”. drove for nothing 1,5hr. next time cocomo :)
