★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know the company for 15 years, used to be the best, however recent experience is traumatic.
In short, I ordered laptop that was supposed to arrive next day. With a delay wrong laptop arrived. Returning is very complicated as the online system does not work and the information you hear from customer service is not compatible with what is in the sytem.
I had to order the laptop again with promise that the first will be reimbursed.
A week and a half later I still didn't receive correct laptop nor reimbursement. I had to call several times customer service because of all kinds of problems, such as charging me for post costs etc.
To be clear the second laptop was supposed to arrive 4 days ago, the reimbursement was supposed to be on my account also 4 days ago.
How I see it, once excellent company became unreliable, with inconsistent customer service, with problematic online system.
By now I paid for two laptops and see no prospect of getting anything back.
