★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb nimmer zo'n slechte en nare notaris meegemaakt en hoop dat ook niet meer te hoeven doen. Raadt hem dan ook ten stelligste af. Hij heeft de afhandeling van de nalatenschap schofterig afgehandeld.Ondertussen is hij veroordeeld in hoger beroep om onze schade die wij door hem hebben opgelopen en zijn wij naar de orde van notarissen gestapt voor het verduisteren van de door ons bij hem in depot gestopte geld.
Zelfs zijn (vak) collega's schamen zich voor hem. blijf uit zijn buurt en neem een andere notaris in de hand. een gewaarschuwd man telt voor 2
I have never experienced such a bad and nasty notary and I hope that I will not have to do that again. Strongly discourages him. He has handled the settlement of the estate with bogus. In the meantime, he has been sentenced on appeal for our damage we have suffered and we have approached the Bar of Notaries for obscuring the money that we have deposited with him.
Even his (professional) colleagues are ashamed of him. stay away and take another notary. a warned man counts as 2

Kundig, Accuraat en Snel.
dat hij beetje vreemd is klopt wel maar ach ik hoef niet met hem te knikkeren:)
Een notaris is per definitie onpartijdig en daardoor zullen er altijd mensen zijn die niet blij zijn met de notaris omdat hij nou eenmaal geen "partij" kiest.
I can describe this Notary in 3 words:
Expert, Accurate and Fast.
that he is a bit strange is true but oh well I do not have to play with him :)
A notary is by definition impartial and therefore there will always be people who are not happy with the notary because he simply does not choose a "party".
