Fysiek was 1 van de eigenaren daar niet toe in staat. Vervolgens bleek ook nog dat men vond dat de andere eigenaar niet meer wilsbekwaam was om te tekenen. Dit zonder enig eigen onderzoek. Aan de telefoon zeer onprofessioneel behandeld. Onze makelaar heeft vervolgens gebeld en kwam tot dezelfde conclusie. Uiteindelijk besloten in overleg met kopers naar een ander notariskantoor over te stappen. Nog nooit zo iets meegemaakt, was ook het oordeel van de makelaar. Buyers of our apartment had selected this notary office. The notary insisted that we come to them to be present during the transfer. Physically 1 of the owners was unable to do so. It also turned out that the other owner was no longer mentally competent to sign. This without any own research. Very unprofessional on the phone. Our broker then called and came to the same conclusion. In the end, in consultation with buyers, it was decided to switch to another notary's office.
