★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontzettend star en niet klantvriendelijk. Of er nu een coronaprotocol is of niet, een beetje rekening houden met de menselijke kant is normaal. Echt niet prettig zou deze notaris nooit aanraden. Ook telefonisch niet bereikbaar vooraf geweest om aan te geven dat de situatie iets anders is dan ze misschien gewend zijn. Bizar hoe er in deze tijd door mensen wordt geredeneerd. Erg teleurstellend
Incredibly rigid and not customer-friendly. Whether there is a corona protocol or not, a little consideration of the human side is normal. This notary would never recommend it. Also not available by phone beforehand to indicate that the situation is different from what they may be used to. Bizarre how people reason today. Very disappointing
