A	Anne Blacquiere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2016 zou bij verkoop van mijn oude woning onder andere mijn afgeloste overbruggingshypotheek doorgehaald worden, waarvoor de bank ook een volmacht heeft gegeven. De notaris heeft echter niet op alle onderpanden deze overbruggings hypotheek doorgehaald. Dat er meerdere onderpanden waren, blijkt duidelijk uit de hypotheek akte. Tijdens het onderzoek wat een notaris zou moeten uitvoeren bij een doorhaling, moeten zij dit hebben gezien. De notaris heeft ons niet geattendeerd op eventuele bijzonderheden bij deze doorhaling. Nu, vier jaar later, worden wij bij de verkoop van onze woning (het tweede toenmalige onderpand van de overbruggingshypotheek) geconfronteerd met een nog openstaande inschrijving, omdat die in 2016 niet werd doorgehaald. Dit levert ons vertraging met een nieuwe hypotheekaanvraag op. Al met al vervelend, dit had voorkomen kunnen worden als de notaris grondiger was geweest. Wij vinden dat we dit hadden mogen verwachten van een dergelijke professional. In 2016, when I sold my old home, my repaid bridging mortgage would be canceled, for which the bank has also issued a power of attorney. However, the notary did not strike through this bridging mortgage on all collateral. The mortgage deed clearly shows that there were several collateral. They must have seen this during the investigation of what a notary should perform in the event of a cancellation. The notary did not draw our attention to any details of this cancellation. Now, four years later, when we sell our house (the second collateral of the bridging mortgage at the time), we are confronted with an outstanding registration, because it was not canceled in 2016. This delays us with a new mortgage application. All in all annoying, this could have been prevented if the notary had been more thorough. We believe that we should have expected this from such a professional.
R	R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meerdere keren met dit kantoor te maken gehad en keer op keer slechte ervaring. Elise Visser zelf mag kundig overkomen, haar kantoor staff is alles behalve. Amateuristisch in handelen en communicatie. Geen blijk van enig commitment. Daar heb je als klant echt last van als je een afspraak wilt maken, teruggebeld moet worden of papieren binnen een redelijke termijn wilt ontvangen. Je moet overal zelf achteraan bij dit kantoor en dan nog gebeurt het niet. Eea roept een beeld op van chaos en rommelachtige administratie, dat geeft te denken. Geen aanrader helaas. Had to deal with this office several times and bad experience time and time again. Elise Visser herself may seem knowledgeable, but her office staff is anything but. Amateuristic in acting and communication. No sign of any commitment. This really bothers you as a customer if you want to make an appointment, have to be called back or want to receive papers within a reasonable period of time. You have to go all the way around this office yourself and it still doesn't happen. Eea conjures up an image of chaos and messy administration, which makes you think. Not recommended unfortunately.
R	R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb hier de erfpachtrecht conversie laten doen. De communicatie zou wat beter kunnen maar is niet rampzalig. De prijs was een stuk beter dan bij andere kantoren. I had the leasehold conversion done here. Communication could be a bit better but not disastrous. The price was a lot better than other offices.

Communicatie was een beetje laat, maar verder was alles in orde en de prijs was heel gunstig. Have the conversion of my ground lease processed by this notary practice. Dit notariskantoor communiceert niet, komt afspraken niet na en geeft niet thuis op het moment dat je contact probeert te zoeken. Blijf weg bij dit bedrijf, scheelt je een hoop onnodige zorgen. update 16 september 2021 Ondertussen keurig contact gehad met het bedrijf, die na een uitleg te hebben gegeven de zaken recht heeft gezet. This notary office does not communicate, does not honor agreements and does not give home when you try to contact them. Stay away from this company, save yourself a lot of unnecessary worries. update September 16, 2021 In the meantime, I have had good contact with the company, which has set things right after giving an explanation.

Documenten van Gemeente Amsterdam zijn zoekgeraakt,zodat de zaak niet is ingeplanned.Vertraging van 4 maanden is hierdoor ontstaan. Uiteindelijk is de akte gepasseerd,8 maanden na aanmelding. Dezelfde medewerker kon geen terugbel verzoek van de notaris behandelen.Geen emails beantwoorden.En het mooiste moet nog komen dan.Na terugkeer van zijn vakantie wordt niets vermoedend,een afspraak gemaakt voor passeren van de akte,die dan al reeds een maand gepasseerd is. Andere reviews wijzen in dezelfde richting.Een afrader dus,dit kantoor. Leasehold canon surrender because of a good offer. Chaotic progress due to multiple errors at the secretariat, by the same employee. Documents from the Municipality of Amsterdam have been lost, so that the case has not been planned. This has caused a delay of 4 months. Ultimately, the deed passed, 8 months after registration. The same employee could not handle a callback request from the notary. Do not answer emails. And the best is yet to come. After returning from his vacation, nothing is suspected, an appointment is made for passing the deed, which has already passed a month. Ervaringen zijn: - Afspraak met notaris was rommelig, te laat - Akkoord van bank was te laat aangevraagd - Tot 5 maal toe geen reacties op e-mail. - 4 x beloofd dat ik teruggebeld zou worden, 4 x niet gebeld - Uiteindelijk een fout in de akte die (nu) nog hersteld moet worden. - Positief was wel dat uiteindelijk notaris mij zelf terugbelde - Ze geven zelf ook aan het niet (meer) aan te kunnen. Kortom wees gewaarschuwd. Experience is the same as most reviews here. For me it was about buying off ground rent. Experiences are: - Appointment with notary was messy, too late - The bank's agreement was requested too late - Up to 5 times no responses to e-mail. - Promised 4 times that I would be called back, 4 times not called - Ultimately an error in the deed that (now) still needs to be corrected. - It was positive that in the end the notary called me back himself - They also indicate that they cannot handle it (anymore). In short, be warned.
