Ik heb de Notaris als een arrogante man ervaren. Tijdens de overdracht van mijn vakantiewoning melde de notaris mij dat hij een melding zal doen bij de FIU voor een onderzoek. Tijdens het gesprek waar de kopende partij mee aanwezig was, is er ook genoemd door de notaris dat een en ander niet duidelijk was. Volgens de FIU is het tegen de regels dat een Notaris de verkoper tijdens de overdracht van de woning meld dat hij een melding gaat doen voor een onderzoek. Normaal gesproken doet een Notaris melding bij de FIU zonder de verkopende partij hier van te verwittigen, zo houd je het gesprek respectvol. Wat de notaris zijn mening ook is, wat hij gedaan heeft mag niet en is ook ongehoord naar mij toe als verkopende partij. Heb de notaris over het incident gemaild zonder enige reactie van zijn kant, niet klantvriendelijk.

I have experienced the Notary as an arrogant man. During the transfer of my holiday home, the civil-law notary informed me that he would report to the FIU for an investigation. During the conversation with which the buying party was present, the notary also mentioned that this was not clear. According to the FIU, it is against the rules for a Notary to notify the seller during the transfer of the house that he is going to make a report for an investigation. Normally, a Notary reports to the FIU without notifying the selling party, so you keep the conversation respectful. Whatever the notary's opinion is, what he has done is not allowed and is also unheard of to me as a selling party. Emailed the solicitor about the incident without any response from his side, not customer friendly.
