Scheelde maar liefst 60%. Vakwerk! More than excellently guided by Ms Petra Kortlever-Rijm with the estate, among other things, successfully objecting to an inheritance tax assessment with the tax authorities. Saved no less than 60%. Craftsmanship!
S	S Dwarka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij kwamen hier terecht ivm een nieuwbouw woning en akte van levering in koopakte. Geen tarieven op website en mij is duidelijk waarom. Tarief voor hypotheekakte is bijna 900 euro, want woning EN parkeerplaats (niet concurrerend). Hierover gebeld, want betreft dezelfde werkzaamheden bij goedkopere notaris (scheelt letterlijk honderden euro's), maar als je kiest voor een andere notaris voor de hypotheekakte, dan betaal je ruim 230 euro voor "afstemmen/afwikkelen". Achteraf spijt, want eenmaal op kantoor sta je binnen 20 minuten weer buiten, geholpen door een notaris die niet eens moeite neemt om een jasje aan te trekken, laat staan een kop koffie/water aan te bieden. Concepten sturen ze per e-mail, moet expliciet vragen om per post vooraf te krijgen (en dan nog nabellen ook), en ook om de originele akten per post te krijgen. De originelen ontvang je dan met een nietje erin (en bijlagen geprint zwart/wit) en niet zoals bij de goedkopere notaris aktes ingebonden in een map. Wat een aanfluiting. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug. We ended up here because of a new house and deed of delivery in deed of sale. No rates on website and it is clear to me why. Rate for mortgage deed is almost 900 euros, because house AND parking space (not competitive). Called about this, because it concerns the same activities at cheaper notary (literally saves hundreds of euros), but if you choose a different notary for the mortgage deed, you pay more than 230 euros for "tuning / settlement". Afterwards sorry, because once you are at the office you will be outside again within 20 minutes, helped by a notary who does not even bother to put on a jacket, let alone offer a cup of coffee / water. They send drafts by e-mail, have to explicitly ask to receive them in advance by post (and then also call them back), and also to receive the original deeds by post. You will receive the originals with a staple in it (and attachments printed in black and white) and not as in the cheaper notary deeds bound in a folder. What a mockery. We will never come back here.
