Ik geniet van de leuke gesprekken die we hebben en hoe persoonlijk het is! Er hangt een leuke sfeer maar bovenal word er goed en verzorgend omgegaan met je haar! I go to the hairdresser here every 2 months and every time every hairdresser exactly who you are and what is good for your hair! I enjoy the nice conversations we have and how personal it is! There is a nice atmosphere, but above all, your hair is handled well and cared for!

Uiteindelijk bij Kapsalon Nouveau gekomen en mijn dochter werd direct begrepen en heeft 'n super leuk fris en pittig koppie! Dikke pluim! S	Shannen Feddema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik kwam bij kapsalon Nouveau om mijn bruine/rossige haar weer blond te krijgen. Na langs te zijn geweest om te vragen in hoeverre dit mogelijk zou zijn, heb ik vol vertrouwen een afspraak gemaakt. Voor de eigenaresse de behandeling begon moest ik een soort contract tekenen waar in stond dat dit een risicovolle behandeling was, achteraf had dit de eerste rode vlag moeten zijn maar omdat ik zo'n goede eerste indruk had en de eigenaresse mij de indruk gaf dit waar te kunnen maken, heb ik ook dit in goed vertrouwen ondertekend. Toen de behandeling klaar was, was ik in eerste instantie wel enthousiast, wel meer dan 225 euro lichter maar dat nam ik voor lief. Eenmaal thuis aangekomen en het resultaat goed in daglicht bekeken te hebben viel me op dat de bovenkant flink oranje/geel was. Het leek alsof de verf niet goed gepakt had. Ik heb hierover contact gezocht met de salon maar er werd vrijwel direct benoemd dat dit niet kosteloos opgelost kon worden, hier was ik nogal verontwaardigd over aangezien de behandeling zo veel geld heeft gekost. Uiteindelijk er voor gekozen om het op te laten lossen bij een andere salon aangezien ik mijn vertrouwen in deze zaak verloren ben. Before the owner started the treatment I had to sign a kind of contract stating that this was a risky treatment, afterwards this should have been the first red flag but because I had such a good first impression and the owner gave me the impression this was true I have also signed this in good faith. When the treatment was finished, I was initially enthusiastic, more than 225 euros lighter, but I took that for granted. Once I got home and looked at the result in daylight, I noticed that the top was quite orange/yellow. It looked like the paint hadn't set properly. I contacted the salon about this, but it was almost immediately stated that this could not be solved free of charge, I was quite indignant about this since the treatment cost so much money. In the end I chose to have it resolved at another salon as I have lost my faith in this case.
