Vooropname door Loek laten doen i.v.m. het maken van een offerte, vrijdag de opname, zaterdag de offerte KEURIG, later nog wat aangepast door extra meerwerk door verouderde Elec.kast. Op dag van installatie met 3 man om 08:15 gekomen en om ongeveer 15:15 werd de installatie opgeleverd. KEURIG. Loek installeerde de Daikin APP ook nog even , Al met al is alles goed verlopen en wij zijn blij dat wij toch voor kleiner bedrijf zijn gegaan waar de passie voor het product nog zeker aanwezig is. Het jaarlijks onderhoud laten wij ook door Nova Clima doen en hopen dat het bedrijf zo professioneel blijft. Had a Daikin Duo split installed by Nova Clima, bedroom and living room. Nova Clima reageerde als eerste, had de beste prijs en de jongens kwamen heel vriendelijk en bekwaam over. Uiteindelijk zijn we erg tevreden met de airco. De installatie kon op korte termijn plaatsvinden, verliep vlot en is heel netjes uitgevoerd. Kortom: goede kwaliteit, goede prijs, goede communicatie, professionele aanpak en snelle oplevering. For the installation of a multi-split air conditioner, several quotes were requested from installation companies in the IJsselstein area. Nova Clima was the first to respond, had the best price and the boys came across as very friendly and competent. Ultimately, we are very satisfied with the air conditioning. The installation could take place in the short term, went smoothly and was very neatly executed. In short: good quality, good price, good communication, professional approach and fast delivery.

Het adviesgesprek met Mike Peters verliep prettig en informeel zonder commercieel gedoe. Een dag later een concurrerende en gespecificeerde (!) offerte ontvangen. Binnen 14 dagen kon men de airco al komen installeren. De installatie werd voor Loek en Tim verzorgd. Loek en Tim waren ook prettig en laagdrempelig (“dorpse” mentaliteit) in de omgang. Eerst werden mijn wensen doorgenomen en toen werd het een en ander nog even technisch gecontroleerd. De installatie verliep voorspoedig, netjes en tot volle tevredenheid. Na afloop werd alles opgeruimd en zelfs ook nog stof gezogen. Ook zijn alle afspraken nagekomen en de communicatie (o.a. per mail en WhatsApp) verliep soepel. Ik kan geen negatieve punten bedenken. De hoge verwachtingen die ik van Nova Clima had, zijn méér dan waargemaakt. Een professioneel en sympathiek bedrijf. Kortom: ik kan Nova Clima van harte aanbevelen! Recently had a Daikin Perfera air conditioning installed in my apartment by Nova Clima. The consultation with Mike Peters was pleasant and informal without commercial hassles. Received a competitive and specified (!) quote a day later. The air conditioning could already be installed within 14 days. The installation was provided for Loek and Tim. Loek and Tim were also pleasant and approachable ("village" mentality) to deal with. First my wishes were discussed and then things were technically checked. The installation went smoothly, neatly and to full satisfaction. Afterwards everything was cleaned up and even vacuumed. All agreements were also met and communication (including by email and WhatsApp) went smoothly. I can't think of any negatives. The high expectations I had of Nova Clima have been more than fulfilled. A professional and friendly company. In short: I can heartily recommend Nova Clima!

We zijn ontzettend tevreden over de manier waarop dit gebeurd is; erg klantvriendelijk en zeer professioneel! Zeer duidelijk en perfect advies gekregen. Door de aanwezigheid van betonnen elementen over de breedte van de buitengevel, hebben we zichtbare leidingen binnen. Echter, deze zijn zo mooi afgewerkt, dat dit niet storend is. Tevens hebben we een mooie omkasting voor de buitenunit. Top! Zowel de buiten- als de binnenunits zijn ontzettend stil en vol met de slimste technologie. Voor een gadget-freak zoals ikzelf erg fijn. Werkt uitstekend via HomeKit en Homey, dus helemaal van deze tijd! Dank, dank, dank! Recently had an air conditioner from Daikin Netherlands installed by Nova Clima. We are extremely pleased with the way this has happened; very customer friendly and very professional! Very clear and perfect advice received. Due to the presence of concrete elements across the width of the outer wall, we have visible pipes inside. However, these are so beautifully finished that this is not disturbing. We also have a nice casing for the outdoor unit. Top! Both the outdoor and indoor units are incredibly quiet and packed with the smartest technology. Very nice for a gadget freak like myself. H	Hans Cats on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanaf het eerste contact tot de uitleg bij oplevering kan ik alleen maar positief zijn. Het eerste contact was hier ter plaatse en ik kreeg advies op maat. De offerte die ik snel ontving was compleet en duidelijk. De prijs was concurrerend. De installatie is op de afgesproken dag door Tim verzorgd en hij dacht met me mee om alle stroomdraden in de slaapkamer uit het zicht te houden. Tim werkt netjes en zorgvuldig. Na installatie nam Tim de tijd om de werking van de afstandbediening uit te leggen en te demonstreren. Tim is net vertrokken dus ik moet nog afwachten of alles zo goed blijft werken als hij het achterlaat, maar ik heb er alle vertrouwen in. Een kwaliteitsproduct op een professionele manier geïnstalleerd. Alle rommel weer meegenomen en mijn slaapkamer keurig schoongemaakt. Laat de zomer maar komen :) Update; na een paar maanden nog steeds tevreden. We hebben de airco een paar keer gebruikt om te verwarmen. Dat werkte prima. From the first contact to the explanation upon delivery, I can only be positive. The first contact was here on the spot and I received tailor-made advice. The quotation that I quickly received was complete and clear. Pricing was competitive. The installation was done by Tim on the agreed day and he thought along with me to keep all power wires in the bedroom out of sight. Tim works neatly and carefully. After installation, Tim took the time to explain and demonstrate the operation of the remote control. Tim has just left so I have to wait and see if everything will continue to work as well as he leaves it behind, but I have every confidence. A quality product installed in a professional manner. All rubbish taken back and my bedroom neatly cleaned. Let the summer begin :) Update; still satisfied after a few months. We used the air con a few times for heating. That worked fine.

Always super friendly and helpful, and they respond fast to emails (which, by the way, other airco companies do not...). They are also really open, and take the time to explain, about all the different options in terms of brand and model, so you can choose exactly what you want. I would recommend them to anyone. Airco works great too.
