Het product was inmiddels uit de handel gehaald, de garantie werd gecompenseerd met een koekenpan met anti-aanbaklaag. Een prima actie van Noviplast, zij verdienen een 'warme douche'!! After a very bad experience with the WashOn product that was bought at a garden center that no longer exists, the complaint was called. The product was now removed from the market, the guarantee was compensated with a frying pan with non-stick coating. A great promotion from Noviplast, they deserve a 'hot shower' !!
D	David B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een mooi promofilmpje en een keurig opgesteld display met de window wiper(streeploos je ramen zemen) van Noviplast heb ik er 1 gekocht. Gelijk thuis uitgeprobeerd. Maar helaas klopt er niks van de hele promotiedisplay en reclame. Deze "handige uitschuifbare raamtrekker" werkt totaal niet en voldoet bij lange na niet aan de verwachtingen. Laat bij meerdere strepen achter bij elke keer wissen. Na contact gehad te hebben met Noviplast zelf sturen hun mij terug naar de winkel om geld terug te vragen en bieden geen passende oplossing. Erg teleurstellend hoe er met feedback wordt omgegaan. After a nice promotional video and a neatly arranged display with the window wiper (cleaning your windows without stripes) from Noviplast, I bought 1. Tried it out right at home. But unfortunately, the entire promotion display and advertising is not correct. This "handy sliding window puller" does not work at all and falls far short of expectations. Leave multiple streaks with each erase. After contacting Noviplast themselves, they send me back to the store to request a refund and do not offer a suitable solution. Very disappointing how feedback is handled.
