★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Überhaupt voordat ik met de verkoper in gesprek kon gaan afscheid moeten omdat men geen mondkapje wilde dragen. Geprobeerd uit te leggen dat dit belangrijk is i.v.m. mijn kwetsbare gezondheid. Een overduidelijk voorbeeld van een bedrijf dat zich niet klantvriendelijk opstelt.
 Anyway, before I could talk to the salesman, I had to say goodbye because they didn't want to wear a face mask. Tried to explain that this is important because of my fragile health. A clear example of a company that does not adopt a customer-friendly attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij mijn ouders altijd keurig werk geleverd en nu bij ons ook. Komen van te voren even goed kijken wat je wensen en de mogelijkheden zijn zodat alles met de plaatsing ook zeer voorspoedig gaat. Contact gaat ook makkelijk en duidelijk, wij zijn tevreden klanten!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben met NPS Duurzaam een perfecte ervaring beleefd!
Deze begon reeds tijdens de eerste gesprekken met de verkoopadviseur - bij ons thuis - prima uitleg met realistische getallen en heldere offerte een paar dagen later. Geen "verkooppraatjes" of "pushen".
De installatie door de monteurs een paar weken later verliep vlekkeloos - op 1 dag de aanleg van de benodigde elektra in huis (meterkast, kabels naar zolder, ophangen vd omvormer). Zeer netjes gewerkt en mooi afgewerkt. Op de 2e dag zijn 16 panelen geplaatst en ook hierin werkten de 2 monteurs heel netjes en atten (om de plantjes in de tuin niet te beschadigen zorgden ze voor een andere manier om op ons dak te komen).
Tot slot de backoffice en planning: prettig, duidelijk en op tijd communiceren, flexibel zijn toen de planning vanuit ons aangepast moest worden.
Het gehele NPS Duurzaam team: dikke chapeau! En van harte beveel ik jullie aan om andere klanten blij te maken met SolarEdge zonnepanelen.
PS. van 1 ding hebben wij spijt: dat we niet domweg veel eerder met NPS Duurzaam aan de slag waren gegaan :-)
We have had a perfect experience with NPS Sustainable!
This already started during the first conversations with the sales advisor - at our home - excellent explanation with realistic numbers and clear quotation a few days later. No "sales pitch" or "push".
The installation by the technicians a few weeks later went flawlessly - in 1 day the installation of the necessary electricity in the house (meter cupboard, cables to the attic, hanging up the inverter). Very neatly worked and beautifully finished. On the 2nd day, 16 panels were placed and the 2 technicians also worked very neatly and ate in this (in order not to damage the plants in the garden, they provided another way to get on our roof).
Finally, the back office and planning: pleasant, clear and timely communication, flexibility when the planning had to be adjusted by us.
The entire NPS Sustainable team: big chapeau! And I heartily recommend that you make other customers happy with SolarEdge solar panels.
PS. We regret one thing: that we simply had not started working with NPS Sustainable much earlier :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een drama om de zonnepanelen door dit bedrijf te laten leggen. Ze werden ingeschakeld als onderaannemer, dus ik had er zelf niet voor gekozen.
Bij de eerste afspraak om te kijken of mijn dak geschikt was, zijn ze niet komen opdagen.
Op de 2e afspraak stuurde ze iemand die het dak niet op durfde.
Op de dag van installatie zelf, kwamen ze er dus achter dat mijn volledig in de zon liggende dak niet geschikt was, dus dan maar op een dak wat half in de schaduw lag.
De factuur die ( na ruim 4 maanden pas) verstuurd is staat vervolgens op de verkeerde naam.
En na ruim 4 maanden wacht ik nog steeds op de beloofde code om mijn zonnepanelen te monitoren. Gelukkig heb ik daar ondertussen een code voor gekregen via de producent van de zonnepanelen.
Ze hebben 1 ster gekregen, omdat 0 niet mogelijk is.
What a drama to have the solar panels installed by this company. They were called in as a subcontractor, so I wouldn't have chosen it myself.
At the first appointment to see if my roof was suitable, they did not show up.
On the 2nd appointment she sent someone who didn't dare go up on the roof.
On the day of installation itself, they found out that my roof that was completely in the sun was not suitable, so I had to put it on a roof that was half shaded.
The invoice that was sent (after more than 4 months) is then in the wrong name.
And after more than 4 months I am still waiting for the promised code to monitor my solar panels. Fortunately, I have now received a code for this from the producer of the solar panels.
They got 1 star, because 0 is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NPS Duurzaam een uiteindelijke fijne ervaring! Het eerste gesprek met Ingmar, bij ons thuis was fijn. Een uitleg met realistische getallen en gelijk de offerte .
De installatie liep niet geheel vlekkeloos maar is uiteindelijk perfect uitgevoerd. De 12 panelen liggen er netjes op. We hebben, door o.a. corona, wat hobbels moeten nemen. Het contact met Bernice, op kantoor, is altijd zeer prettig en fijn geweest. Flexibiliteit is fantastisch. Ook al gaan dingen soms niet helemaal zo als het zou moeten, het gaat om de service die uiteindelijk geleverd wordt om een perfect eindresultaat te leveren. En dat is helemaal gelukt!
Voor iedereen: ga gerust met NPS in zee. Ze komen hun afspraken na en het systeem werkt prima!
NPS Sustainable an ultimately pleasant experience! The first meeting with Ingmar at our house was nice. An explanation with realistic numbers and the quotation.
The installation did not run smoothly, but was ultimately executed perfectly. The 12 panels are neatly on top. We had to overcome some bumps, due to corona, among other things. The contact with Bernice, at the office, has always been very pleasant and pleasant. Flexibility is fantastic. Even though sometimes things don't go quite as they should, it's about the service that is ultimately delivered to deliver a perfect end result. And that has completely succeeded!
For everyone: feel free to work with NPS. They keep their agreements and the system works fine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks de meer positieve ervaringen kan het ook anders. Dat heb ik ondervonden. Omdat ik uitsluitend Sunpower panelen wilde kopen ben ik bij dit bedrijf terecht gekomen. Aan ieder ander die Sunpower wil aanschaffen doe dit niet via NPS Duurzaam Den Bosch. Het meeste wat tegenvalt is dat de eigenaar/directeur geen enkele reactie geeft op de door mij ingediende klacht.
Resume van mijn klachten:
- Onvoldoende inventarisatie van de installatie mogelijkheden. (Ik heb duidelijk aangegeven dat de zgn. krachtstroomleiding via de keuken(kookplaat), naar de garage werd geleid) Hierdoor ontstond een extra kostenpost van plm. € 1000,-
- Afspraken worden niet nagekomen of het niet doorgaan daarvan wordt niet gecommuniceerd.
- Communicatie en telefonische bereikbaarheid beneden peil
- Informatieverstrekking bij oplevering: nul.
Minder dan 1 ster kan niet maar dat is nog teveel.
Despite the more positive experiences, things can also be different. I experienced that. Because I only wanted to buy Sunpower panels, I ended up with this company. To anyone else who wants to purchase Sunpower, do not do so via NPS Duurzaam Den Bosch. The most disappointing thing is that the owner/director does not respond to the complaint I submitted.
Summary of my complaints:
- Insufficient inventory of the installation options. (I have clearly indicated that the so-called power supply line was led through the kitchen (hob), to the garage) This created an additional cost of approx. € 1000,-
- Appointments are not met or if they do not go ahead, they will not be communicated.
- Communication and telephone accessibility below par
- Provision of information on delivery: zero.
Less than 1 star is not possible, but that is still too much.
