Echt alles is misgegaan. Het meest storend vond ik dat er respectloos omgegaan wordt met je bezittingen. Je vloerbedekking en muren wordt niet beschermd met alle ellende van dien. Geen professionale communicatie. Chaotische aansturing, medewerkers die maar wat doen. Afspraken die niet nagekomen worden. Ik hoop dat afgelopen jaar eea verbeterd is. D	Diana Vose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte ervaring. Lukas bakx is een oplichter. Sinds 15 februari hij moest bij ons kozijnen plaatsen. Helaas is nu eind van mei en er is niks gedaan. Wij hebben ons contract met lukas gestopt maar hij betaald ons geld niet terug. Wij hebben een aanbetaling gedaan van 3500€ . 500€ hebben wij terug gekregen als korting maar voor 3000€ gaan wij verder met ons advocaat. Lukas is al naar svn gemeld over deze situatie. Hier staat best veel slechte ervarings over deze 'bedrijf' . Dus pas op mensen. Bad experience. Lukas bakx is a scammer. Since February 15, he had to place window frames with us. Unfortunately it is now the end of May and nothing has been done. We have terminated our contract with lukas but he does not refund our money. We have made a deposit of € 3500. We received 500 € back as a discount, but for 3000 € we will continue with our lawyer. Lukas has already been reported to SVN about this situation. Draai/kiep en vaste ramen, deels incl. rolluiken. Kozijnen in dakkapel ook vervangen. Merk kozijn Schüco / type CT70 (verbindingen maken dat het op Nederlandse houtverbinding lijkt) zijn mooi en met ROTO hang & sluitwerk en HR++ glas gewoon bewezen goed. Maar andere aanbieders zullen ook wel goede producten hebben. Ben echt positief over het eindresultaat en over het verlopen van het proces. Betreft renovatie en dan kom je af en toe iets onverwachts tegen maar in goed overleg zijn technisch en qua planning prima oplossingen bepaald. Ik hoor dit jaar niet anders dan dat door tekort aan ervaren personeel veel bouwrenovatie projecten moeizaam en teleurstellend verlopen. Ik ben echter tevreden, de ervaring van Lukas Bakx en zijn monteurs maken dat ik de volgende keer weer voor hen kies en hen adviseer bij kennissen. Mocht iemand het resultaat willen zien dan van harte welkom in Gendt. Ook het stuk metselwerk dat beschadigd werd bij het eruit halen van de kozijnen werd de volgende dag netjes gerepareerd. Wat wel lastig is, is dat doordat de bouw is aangetrokken en fabrieken en toeleveranciers niet gelijk een blik medewerkers kunnen open trekken dat de levertijden oplopen, waardoor alle planningen in de soep lopen. Dit speelt momenteel bouwbreed is onze ervaring met onze verbouwing. De medewerkers die bij ons de kozijnen installeerden waren erg vriendelijk. Onze kunststof kozijnen zien er prachtig uit en het huis is er flink mee opgeknapt. The window frames and doors that are placed in our house are neatly in place. Dinsdag gebeld voor lamellen voor onze keukenraam. Woensdag kwam dhr. Bakx langs om alles in te meten en dacht daarbij goed met ons mee. Van te voren kregen we zelfs nog netjes een belletje dat hij 15 min. eerder bij ons was dan afgesproken. Levertijd zou ongeveer 3 weken zijn, 1 week later belde dhr. Bakx al dat ze binnen waren en diezelfde dag werden ze eind van de dag gemonteerd. Top service. Because we had already had our window frames in the old house replaced by mr. Komt en gaat wanneer het hem uit komt. Wanneer hij geld heeft ontvangen laat ie het afweten, werkt niet mee zelfs niet na het inschakelen van rechtsbijstand etc. Bij ons is er nog maar een dagje werk en het plaatsen van een screen aan de voorzijde maar deze man reageert nergens meer op. Wij vermoeden dat ie zich weer failliet laat verklaren en onder een andere naam verder gaat. Wanneer je je mening geeft over de manier hoe het verloopt, kruipt ie in een slachtofferrol! Hij geeft geen geld terug. Voor het screen aan onze achterzijde had hij gevraagd of wij dit zelf even willen voorschieten!!! Te gek voor woorden! Mensen ga naar een ander, ga alsjeblieft niet met hem in zee!! trap er niet in!! Spijt als haar op mijn hoofd. The owner, Lukas Bakx , comes across as a very sympathetic guy. But after he has the order signed he really shows his true self. Unbelievable that this guy is stil doing business. We are now 3 years down the road and stil waiting for a resolution. Mr Bakx is not bothered by complaints, interference by a lawyer or even a branche related foundation. In short: do not bet your money on this company!. We were left with a substantial amount of costs to have a professional company resolving the damage that Numaga kozijnen Nijmegen/Lukas Bakx has left us with.
