★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijns inziens: Nutrilab heeft zoveel werkzaamheden dat de test resultaten veel later worden afgeleverd dan door de test afnemers wordt medegeldeeld en gegarandeerd. WAARDELOOS! Ik had net niet mijn vlucht gemist!
In my opinion: Nutrilab has so much work to do that the test results are delivered much later than announced and guaranteed by the test customers. WORTHLESS! I just hadn't missed my flight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitslag van de PCR test pas na 58 uur binnen in plaats van 24 uur, hierdoor mijn vlucht gemist. Slecht bedrijf en nog veel slechtere communicatie. Als ze me gewoon hadden laten weten dat het niet ging lukken had ik ergens anders een spoedtest laten uitvoeren. Belachelijk, geen goed woord voor over, me gewoon voorgelogen toen ik belde waar de uitslag bleef.
Result of the PCR test only arrived after 58 hours instead of 24 hours, because of this I missed my flight. Bad company and much worse communication. If they had just let me know that it was not going to work, I would have had an emergency test performed elsewhere. Ridiculous, not a good word for over, just lied to me when I called where the results went.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a PCR test for travel certificate, which was positive. Meanwhile I was tested by Dutch governments PCR test negative the day before and after. Nutrilab tried to explain that they have higher minimum ct values for diagnosing negative and that i had a value between the stantandarts of Dutch government (also RIVM) and them which are 35 and 39. This is already a bid wierd, but I learned the details of the tests before and after, they both do not have any ct values, bcs I did not had the virus.
Maybe it is a innocent mistake, bcs they have a very old fashioned system for labeling the sample tubes, which costed a lot of money and caused a lot of stress.
And now I need to book a new flight, and find accommodation until that flight. Ah also a new test for traveling certificate. Thank you nutrilab!!!!!
