★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In september 2021 heb ik n.a.v. de bloedtest een voedingsadvies gehad van Suzanne. Al enige tijd had ik last van snel verzuurde spieren, wat wellicht een nasleep kon zijn van jarenlange menstruatieproblemen/bloedarmoede met als gevolg een baarmoederverwijdering. Ik wil dolgraag mijn conditie verbeteren, gewicht verliezen, maar deze klacht werkte dat behoorlijk tegen.
Nu gebruik ik sinds begin november diverse supplementen en ik voel echt verbetering. Op lactose en gluten bleek ik intolerant te reageren en ik heb het voorlopig uit mijn voeding geschrapt. Mijn darmen zijn inderdaad veel rustiger nu en dat leidt tot een veel minder gespannen bestaan als ik de deur uit ga. Heerlijk! Ik ben tot nu toe erg tevreden over het advies dat Suzanne mij gegeven heeft en als ik vragen tussendoor heb, dan kan ik deze gewoon stellen. Echt fijn! Ik kan iedereen met lichamelijke klachten een bloedtest adviseren bij NutriSwitch, het is een cadeautje voor jezelf!
 In September 2021 I received nutritional advice from Suzanne following the blood test. For some time I suffered from rapidly acidified muscles, which could possibly be the aftermath of years of menstrual problems / anemia resulting in a hysterectomy. I would love to improve my fitness, lose weight, but this complaint really counteracted that.
Now I have been taking various supplements since the beginning of November and I really feel an improvement. I turned out to be intolerant to lactose and gluten and I have removed it from my diet for the time being. My gut is indeed much calmer now and that leads to a much less tense existence when I go out. Delicious! So far I am very satisfied with the advice Suzanne has given me and if I have any questions in between, I can just ask them. Really nice! I can advise anyone with physical complaints to have a blood test at NutriSwitch, it's a present for yourself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben blij dat ik vorig jaar bij NutriSwitch heb aangeklopt. Nu ben ik 4 maanden verder en wat een verschil. Ik heb nu o.a. meer energie, bijna geen opgeblazen buik meer (hier liep ik eerder dagelijks mee rond!) en minder last van mijn darmziekte. Zo fijn om te weten hoe mijn lichaam in elkaar zit en waar mijn allergieën/intoleranties liggen. Echt een APK keuring voor je lijf! Ik zorg nu beter dan ooit voor mezelf en dat is mede door mijn bezoek bij Suzanne. Dit gun ik iedereen!

I'm glad I turned to NutriSwitch last year. Now I am 4 months further and what a difference. I now have more energy, almost no more bloated stomach (I used to walk around with this on a daily basis!) and less troubled by my intestinal disease. So nice to know how my body works and where my allergies/intolerances lie. Really an MOT for your body! I now take better care of myself than ever and that is partly because of my visit to Suzanne. I give this to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn echt super tevreden! Ik en mijn zoontje van 4 hebben beide een EMB test gedaan bij Diane en de uitslag was wel even slikken. We hebben ons dieetflink aan moeten passen maar merkte al snel effect. Mijn zoontje ging omdat hij vaak diarree had en ik had last van moeheid, neerslachtig gevoel en hoofdpijn. Diane heeft ons goed begeleid met tips en adviezen. Ze heeft ook rekening gehouden met het feit dat we een druk gezin zijn met ouders die beide werken en dat het dus vooral 'makkelijk' moet zijn. De tips en adviezen waren haalbaar en maakte het makkelijk vol te houden.
We are really very satisfied! Me and my 4 year old son both did an EMB test with Diane and the result was a bit of a struggle. We had to adjust our diet quite a bit, but we soon noticed an effect. My son went because he often had diarrhea and I suffered from fatigue, depression and headaches. Diane guided us well with tips and advice. She also took into account the fact that we are a busy family with parents who both work and that it has to be 'easy' above all. The tips and advice were achievable and made it easy to stick to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being dragged into this kicking an screaming by my wife, I found that this experience has had a profound impact on my health and how I feel day-to-day. The initial intake was professional, friendly and already shared insight that helped me with my health challenges. Low on energy and unable to lose weight, I thought I was just being lazy, but after seeing the results and understanding more about what my body does and doesn't do well I have been able to lose weight, feel better, get more sleep and above all better sleep. All round a very positive experience that has helped me more than I had imagined and I would advise anyone who is interested in understanding their own body en overal health in order to lead a healthy and happy life to go here and see for yourself.

Even before the bloodtest results came back, Diane was able to give us valuable advice that really transformed our health within a matter of days. Diane explained everything in detail and made sure we understood the instructions. The results of the bloodtest were detailed, extensive and very valuable. We got insights on our bodies that we would rarely get from a standard blood test from the GP. Overall, highly recommended.

Finally someone who listened, took the time and really understood what my needs are.
The advice I have received was 9 pages long based on my blood results.
Suzanne - not only is incredibly friendly and nice to be around. She even worked outside of her normal working hours so I can get an appointment with her. I really appreciate the work and support I have received and cannot wait to start my healing together with Nutriswitch.

When the blood test results were in, we had a second follow up consult where Diane took almost over two hours for me because we had so much to discuss.
