★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze behandeling door de notarissen. 28/1 had onze financiële adviseur alle stukken voor het passeren van onze hypotheek aangeleverd. Vanuit Nysingh bleef het stil. Na de eerste keer bellen bleek men de stukken niet te kunnen vinden en zou men er op terugkomen. Dit is niet gebeurd. Bij telefonisch navragen op 8/2 werd onze adviseur zeer onprofessioneel en onprettig te woord gestaan en werd aangegeven dat een afspraak inplannen lastig is. Nu kunnen we gelukkig op korte termijn elders terecht, maar had men vanuit Nysingh op een normale en nette manier gecommuniceerd was ze deze beoordeling bespaard gebleven.
Worthless treatment by the notaries. 28/1 our financial advisor had provided all the documents for the passing of our mortgage. It was quiet from Nysingh. After the first call, it turned out that the documents could not be found and they would come back to it. This did not happen. When inquiring by telephone on 8/2, our advisor was treated very unprofessionally and unpleasantly and it was indicated that scheduling an appointment is difficult. Fortunately, we can now go elsewhere at short notice, but had they communicated in a normal and neat manner from Nysingh, she would have been spared this review.
