★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an awful service and the quality got worse in the last year or two. It used to be such a good place, but not anymore. We ordered 2 pizzas and one arrived with a huge hair in the dough (we had to destroy the whole pizza to get it out). I sent an email to the company complaining about it, but never got a reply. After 2 weeks I called them to ask for a reason. They told me that the email got "lost" and took my phone number to call me back once the boss comes to the office. Of course they never called me back. Just a huge disappointment, I used to like their pizzas and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably this place is good if you are not a vegan. We tried a vegan version of vegetarian pizza (just without cheese) and it was awful.
It's worth mentioning that I have tried many pizzas with only veggies, which are very tasty, so in principle it is not a problem to make a pizza recipe without cheese.
I hope O'Panuozzo adds a vegan version of pizza to their menu someday, that would be great!

It's still the best pizza around.
Staff are amazing(they speak Italian, Dutch and even Greek!).
Honestly if I lived close by I would eat here almost everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me this is the best pizza spot in town. Super thin, delicious toppings. The vibes of the restaurant is like your not in Utrecht but in Italy, lots of laughter, fun waiters and very international vibes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great traditional Neapolitan pizza in Utrecht. Love the toppings, they tasted very fresh and of high quality. The crust was just right as well. It was the right amount of chewiness and crunch. Clearly they know how to make a great pizza.
The owner (I believe he is the owner) is a multilingual Italian and added to the dining experience. Prices were good for the quality and area. Can’t go wrong here!
