S	Suphattra Gless on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter/in in dem Laden sind sehr schlecht und extrem unehrlich, ich habe deutlich Gefühl abzocken von denen. The staff in the shop are very bad and extremely dishonest, I clearly feel ripped off by them.

Bei Problemen, die meinerseits passiert sind, konnte man mir schnell helfen und das Problem beiseite schaffen. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett und scheint mit ihrer Arbeit vertraut zu sein. Very happy with the staff. I got a good offer for my new cell phone, which arrived at home quickly and without any problems. With problems that happened on my part, I was quickly helped and the problem was put aside. The staff is lovely too and seem familiar with their job.

Gibt es dagegen einen Abschluss oder eine Vertragsvererlängerung wird einem sehr gut geholfen.... So arbeitet man aber nicht! Auch die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist grausam. Das Telefon klingelt gar nicht erst - selbst die O2Hotline erreicht niemanden und rät mir mich in Nürnberg zu beschweren.... muss das wirklich sein lieber O2Shop Grevenbroich??? Vor 2 Jahren sehr unzufrieden gewesen und jetzt schon wieder!! Immer noch die selben Mitarbeiterinnen im Shop - demnach wird sich m. E. nichts ändern, sehr schade!! Am liebsten NULL Sterne!! Unfortunately only had bad experiences so far - outrageous ladies in the shop / no will to help! If, on the other hand, there is a conclusion or a contract extension, you will be helped very well .... But that's not how you work! Accessibility by phone is also cruel. The phone doesn't even ring - even the O2 hotline doesn't reach anyone and advises me to complain in Nuremberg .... does that really have to be O2Shop Grevenbroich ??? Was very dissatisfied 2 years ago and now again !! Still the same employees in the shop - so nothing will change in my opinion, a shame !! Preferably ZERO stars !!

Einfach Kunden abzocken. The O2 is good, but the employees in Shop Grevenbroich are very bad, they told me the contract until April 2022, but is December 2022. Just rip off customers.
