Boek je leuk met het hele gezin een uitje naar Disney kom je er op de dag van de boeking achter dat de geboorte datum niet klopt van de 1 van de tweeling.
Meteen gebeld en het zou aangepast worden.
Zo gezegd zo gedaan.
Krijg ik vandaag de mail met de reisbescheiden (guess what) staat er een geboorte datum niet goed.
Prima ik vraag om een aanpassing.
Word er doodleuk gezegd dat ik nog even 106 euro moet betalen omdat hun nu de 1 van de tweelingen als baby hadden neergezet.

If you book a fun trip with the whole family to Disney, you will find out on the day of booking that the date of birth of one of the twins is incorrect.
Immediately called and it would be adjusted.
No sooner said than done.
I get the mail today with the travel documents (guess what) it says a birth date is incorrect.
Great I ask for an adjustment.
Word it said that I just have to pay 106 euros because they now had the 1 of the twins as a baby.

Begin Oktober geboekt bij Oad. Alles is netjes geregeld en alle informatie klopt wat erbij staat als je boekt voor Euro Disney. Ben super tevreden geen klachten. Volgend jaar boeken we zeker weer bij jullie voor Euro Disney top gaat zo door!
Just returned from a weekend at Euro Disney with my wife.
Booked at Oad at the beginning of October. Everything is neatly arranged and all information is correct what it says when you book for Euro Disney. Am super satisfied no complaints. Next year we will definitely book with you again for Euro Disney top continues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Februari 2020 een reisje geboekt. En betaald. Ivm Corona ging het natuurlijk niet door. De keuze was een Corona voucher, of geld terug. Ik moet het geld nóg krijgen. Kan mij niet voorstellen dat je daar zo lang over moet doen. Ik boek nooit meer bij OAD!
Booked a trip in February 2020. And paid. Due to Corona, of course, it was cancelled. The choice was a Corona voucher, or money back. I still have to get the money. I can't imagine it taking you that long. I will never book with OAD again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn zoon was zijn telefoon vergeten in de hotelkamer bij euro disney. Oad heeft dat perfect opgelost door een personeelslid dat daar in de buurt was de telefoon op te pikken en vervolgens is die naar ons opgestuurd. Een dikke 10 voor Oad.
My son had forgotten his phone in the hotel room at euro disney. Oad solved that perfectly by picking up the phone from a staff member who was nearby and then it was sent to us. A big 10 for Oad.
