★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloze klantenservice. Koop daar niet, want bij problemen, lossen ze niks op. Bij mij ging een Bancontact-betaling mis en zelfs na versturen van bewijzen dat betaling wel degelijk gebeurd was, bleven ze halsstarrig weigeren het probleem op te lossen.
Lousy customer service. Do not buy there, because in case of problems, they do not solve anything. My Bancontact payment went wrong and even after sending proof that payment had indeed been made, they stubbornly refused to solve the problem.
