★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgraceful customer service , recently bought an awning plus some other items , 2nd time putting together the poles start splitting and breaking, we are currently living in a small caravan and this awning in France waiting for our house purchase to complete, I contacted obelink, nothing for 2 days, now an email asking for photos , laugh , I explain the awning is up and not taking down for photos , again nothing for 3 days . This is not what I expected buying from a so called reputable family company, maybe we start legal proceedings as the sale of items not fit for purpose.
I asked you to replace the poles and I'll package up defective items . I'm waiting for your response.

Every time I’ve had contact with their customer service I get the feeling that the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. The next step is to actually take legal action to recoup my money. Never again will I order anything from this company
