OC De Wissel - Oosterringweg 41-B

Vanaf 1 januari 2009 is het asielzoekerscentrum Luttelgeest door de landelijke overheid aangewezen als een opvanglocatie (OC-locatie) voor asielzoekers die zich in de oriëntatiefase bevinden. Deze aanwijzing heeft er toe geleid dat de leerling-populatie op Azs De Wissel vnl. uit nieuwkomers bestaat en het onderwijs hierop afgestemd moet worden.
Sinds schooljaar 2012-2013 werken we in het nieuwe schoolgebouw met 8 lokalen en een intern speellokaal. Azs De Wissel heeft schooljaar 2015-2016 te maken gehad met een enorme toestroom van leerlingen. Hierdoor zijn er vier noodlokalen bijgebouwd en is de onderbouw naar deze units verhuisd.
