★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkeerde bandje geleverd, antwoord op mail duurt weken of gebeurt niet. Hoe moeilijk is het om de juiste kleur te leveren. Dat is jullie hele business. Bestaan jullie nog wel? Want site werkt ook niet.
 Wrong tape delivered, reply to mail takes weeks or does not happen. How hard is it to deliver the right color. That is your entire business. Do you still exist? Because site doesn't work either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een super slecht bedrijf!!!!!! Kreeg verkeerde kleur horlogebandje opgestuurd, slordig maar kan gebeuren. Vervolgens heb ik vaak gebeld naar dit bedrijf, nemen de telefoon niet op. Diverse keren antwoordapparaat ingesproken met de vraag of ze me willen terugbellen, geen reactie. Mails gestuurd, geen reactie.
Dit bedrijf verdient het niet om te bestaan!
What a super bad company !!!!!! Received the wrong color watch strap, sloppy but can happen. Then I often called this company, do not answer the phone. Several times answering machine with the question if they want to call me back, no response. Mails sent, no response.
This company does not deserve to exist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sturen beschadigde horlogebandjes op en schermen het af als 'gebruikersschade'. Voor betere garantie en aftersales zou ik toch een andere verkoper van dit product aanbevelen zoals Limango.
Send damaged watch bands and shield it as 'user damage'. For better warranty and after sales I would still recommend another seller of this product such as Limango.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een klokje van Oclock gekocht, de Mirror met nummers. Na 2 weken stond ie stil. Ik heb dit gemeld en kon het terugsturen. Zonder verdere vragen of extra kosten is er een nieuwe batterij ingezet. Fijn!
I had bought a clock from Oclock, the Mirror with numbers. After 2 weeks it stopped. I reported this and was able to return it. A new battery has been used without further questions or additional costs. Nice!

The clocks' battery ran out within a few months. Emailed twice and asked for warranty, but no response whatsoever ...

Definitely worth 4 stars, just under 5 if shipping would be free :-) Ordered combination, delivered neatly in a cheerful shiny bag.
