Dat had ik jaren eerder moeten doen, Esther zorgt dat je bewuster naar je houding gaat kijken en geeft de juiste adviezen en oefeningen. Zij leest bij wijze van spreken je lichaam. Na negen behandelingen voel ik me beter, let ik op beter op mijn houding en ben mij bewust van de dingen die ik altijd net verkeerd heb gedaan. Door haar behandelingen voel ik me fysiek en mentaal veel beter. Echt een aanrader!
 Been to the physiotherapist for years for neck and shoulder complaints until my doctor referred me to Esther. I should have done that years earlier, Esther ensures that you look more consciously at your posture and gives the right advice and exercises. She reads your body, so to speak. After nine treatments I feel better, I pay more attention to my posture and I am aware of the things that I have always just done wrong. Her treatments make me feel much better physically and mentally. Really recommend!
