Slechte ervaring.
Helpen heel vriendelijk en professioneel.
SLECHTE ervaring is:
Neemt geen garantie verantwoording voor een papier shredder (± €100, Fellowes) die 12 luttele dagen buiten de fabrieksgarantie is!
Apparaat had al langer problemen, maar ik kon i.v.m. werk nu pas heen.
S. ( verv. vestiging manager ) belt P., vestigings manager, en kunnen niets betekenen omdat het systeem niets kan boeken na precies de 2 jaar garantie.
Weigeren te bellen naar Fellowes.
Dat heb ik dus zelf gedaan en krijg waarschijnlijk gewoon een nieuwe thuis gestuurd, ondanks de paar dagen na de garantie-termijn.

BAD experience is:
Does not take warranty responsibility for a paper shredder (± € 100, Fellowes) that is 12 days outside the factory warranty!
Device had problems for some time, but I was able to work your way now.
S. (replace location manager) calls P., location manager, and cannot be of any help because the system cannot book anything after exactly the 2 year warranty.
Refuse to call Fellowes.
I did that myself and will probably just get a new one sent home, despite the few days after the warranty period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zojuist was ik in uw winkel om de HP953 cartridge voor mijn printer te kopen. Deze was niet op voorraad. Dan maar de hele set met ook de kleuren cartridges dacht ik. De lege cartridges om in te leveren had iuk helaas niet mee. Mijn verzoek om deze komende week in te leveren werd afgewezen. Ik kon dus onverrichte zaken terug naar Schoorl.
Minstens 30 jaar ben ik klant bij jullie. Ik sta versteld dat Office Centre op een dergelijke manier met hun vaste klanten om gaat. Als kleine ondernemer zou ik met een dergelijke houding geen klant meer overhouden. Office Centre is blijkbaar groot genoeg om daar lak aan te hebben. Bah!
I was just at your store to buy the HP953 cartridge for my printer. This one was out of stock. Then the whole set, including the color cartridges, I thought. Unfortunately Iuk did not have the empty cartridges to return. My request to submit this coming week was denied. So I could return unresolved matters to Schoorl.
I have been a customer with you for at least 30 years. I am amazed that Office Center treats their regular customers in such a way. As a small business owner, I wouldn't have a customer with such an attitude. The Office Center is apparently big enough to ignore it. Bah!
