★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet bereikbaar, beantwoorden je vragen niet concreet. Communicatie gaat enkel via de mail. Het is alsof je tegen een robot íets vraagd. Stel je vraagt iets ingewikkelds dan word je vraag genegeerd.
Not available, do not answer your questions in concrete terms. Communication is only done by email. It's like asking something to a robot. If you ask something complicated, your question will be ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onterecht mijn vriendin als uitwonend-fraudeur gekenmerkt. Met die omgekeerde bewijslast moet je 2 jaar later maar zien te bewijzen waar je gewoond hebt. Uitspraak rechter was negatief omdat er geen concreet bewijs geleverd kon worden voor woonadres. Er was ook geen concreet bewijs van DUO dat ze er niet woonde. Jullie mogen trots zijn dat jullie het leven van iemand van 21 kapot kunnen maken. Chapeau!
Unjustly labeled my girlfriend as a fraudster who lives away from home. With that reversed burden of proof you have to prove 2 years later where you have lived. The judge's decision was negative because no concrete evidence could be provided for residential address. There was also no concrete evidence from DUO that she did not live there. You should be proud that you can destroy the life of a 21-year-old. Cheers!

I forgot my ID in the exam hall and contacted the staff member and then she said she put me in touch with another staff member but she doesn't, Really bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance to the examination centre is nearer the corner opposite the Bastion Hotel rather than what is shown on duo's own website and google maps. The staff are friendly and professional. Lockers are provided for students to place their belongings and mobile phones which can't be taken into the exam rooms. A vending machine for coffee and tea is also available. Free parking is available on the street nearby.
