β β β β β Really good expirience with Ogimi Health. They have started a pilot program at out company and everyone loved it. We had a set of sessions with Ines and Nadia where they explained how to stretch the body during the work day to keep your mussels fit. I personally loved the meditations session where Nadia guided us though the imaginary rainforest. We all are looking forward to the next program with Ogimi Health!

The training was very helpful. We have learned valuable tips, exercises, and information on how to organize our workspace. In the end, everyone was able to ask questions and received a detailed answer. Also, they sent us a presentation they used during the workshop, which we found very useful.
