★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren klant bij het OIM. Ik heb gebeld voor een redressiehelm voor onze baby. De eerste vraag was als wij een verwijzing van de arts hadden maar dat hebben we niet omdat het een advies is van de consultatie bureau en fysio ivm voorkeurshouding. Het was niet mogelijk om een afspraak te maken zonder verwijzing. Belachelijk! Daarna werd gelijk vermeld dat een redressiehelm circa 1000,- kost. Best raar, dat je gelijk over een prijs begint? Of te wel... kun je dat betalen? Puntje bij paaltje. Ze willen je niet helpen en doen niet eens de moeite om uberhaubt met je mee te denken. Gemiste kans. Ik kom hier nooit meer.
 OIM customer for years. I called for a redression helmet for our baby. The first question was if we had a referral from the doctor, but we do not have it because it is an advice from the consultation office and physio regarding preference posture. It was not possible to make an appointment without a referral. Ridiculous! Then it was immediately stated that a redression helmet costs around 1,000. Quite strange that you immediately start talking about a price? Or too well ... can you afford that? Point by pole. They don't want to help you and don't even bother to think along with you. Missed opportunity. I'll never come here again.
