Dacht er ook aan wat voor mij het goedkoopste en beste is, wat erg fijn was in dit geval. Lawyer provided a lot of information and came up with several options for me for the problem. Also thought about what is the cheapest and best for me, which was very nice in this case.

Wij, vader, moeder en dochter van 10 moesten helaas met pijn in ons hart de deuren sluiten van ons restaurant in het centrum van Almere, hier vloeide een faillissement uit voort. 3 B.V.s stonden op onze naam. Ik hoef u niet te vertellen dat een curator er alles aan doet om het onderste uit de kan te halen zo ook de bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid bij een B.V. Tegen een curator en het juridische vakgebied ben je als persoon met weinig juridische kennis niet opgewassen. Nu de curator steeds meer druk uitoefende op ons in privé hebben wij ons gewent tot Okkerse en Schop en zijn daar met advocaat Phuong Nguyen in contact gebracht. Na een gesprek om de situatie uit te leggen werden wij begrepen door mevrouw Phuong Nguyen en kregen wij ook het gevoel dat we iemand hebben gevonden die ons juridisch kon bij staan en ons niet als nummer zag maar als gezin. Na een slot gesprek met alle partijen bij elkaar is gebleken dat er niet anders geconstateerd kon worden dat de faillissementen opgeheven moeten worden bij gebrek aan baten en dit is ook gebeurt. Zonder Okkerse en Schop hadden wij dit niet bereikt en waren zijn persoonlijk failliet verklaart doordat wij niet sterk genoeg juridisch konden reageren. Not a number but a person! Thankfully we look back on our difficult year. We, father, mother and 10-year-old daughter unfortunately had to close the doors of our restaurant in the center of Almere with pain in our hearts, which resulted in a bankruptcy. 3 B.V.s were in our name. I do not have to tell you that a trustee does everything in his power to get the most out of it, including the liability of directors in the case of a BV. As a person with little legal knowledge, you cannot cope with a curator and the legal profession. Now that the curator is putting more and more pressure on us in private, we have turned to Okkerse and Schop and have been brought into contact with lawyer Phuong Nguyen there. After a conversation to explain the situation, we were understood by Mrs. Phuong Nguyen and we also felt that we had found someone who could legally assist us and did not see us as a number but as a family. After a final conversation with all parties together, it turned out that it could not have been otherwise established that the bankruptcies should be lifted due to lack of benefits and this has happened. Without Okkerse and Schop we would not have achieved this and his personal bankruptcy would have been declared because we could not respond strongly enough legally.

Ik wens ze zelf ook een faillissement toe. Impossible to get in touch with these people and the person handling the bankruptcy of Welkom Energie is the biggest jerk out there, without any empathy. I also wish them bankruptcy.
P	Patrick Smids on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik sluit mij volledig aan bij de reactie van Maikel de Vries. Het minste wat zij toch kunnen doen is een mail beantwoorden. Ik heb inmiddels 5 maal een mail gestuurd en deze worden allen genegeerd. Ik zou me als advocatenbureau zijnde kapot schamen in ieder geval. Ook wanneer je belt geven ze niet thuis en kom je niet verder dan de receptioniste die vertelt dat ze er ook niet aan kan doen. Mocht je op zoek zijn naar een betrouwbaar advocatenbureau blijf dan ver weg bij deze firma. I completely agree with Maikel de Vries' response. The least they can do is answer an email. I have sent emails 5 times and they have all been ignored. I would be ashamed of myself as a law firm in any case. Even when you call, they don't give home and you don't get any further than the receptionist who tells you that she can't help it either. If you are looking for a reliable law firm, stay far away from this firm.

Unfortunately, they seem to have completely missed the mark on how to handle the situation with empathy. Customers can't get in contact with them and they have sent 'final warnings' on outstanding bills without ANY pre-communication. Dear Okkers & Schop, this isn't how the world works. By all means, please think about your actions and the impact those have on people who were already impacted greatly by the bankruptcy.
