Just exercise, go back to the old days. Working out together is more fun than alone in the gym.

Varied, pleasant, sporty and at your own pace. No obligations but nice to be on the move. The organizers do their best every time to make sure everyone is happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke lessen! Net zoals vroeger trefballen, voetballen en gezellige teambuilding opdrachten. Natuurlijk ook af en toe apekooien en extra activiteiten zoals meedoen met Bakkum Beach volleybal en andere toernooien. Totaal ongedwongen sfeer omdat je geen abonnement hebt, maar een strippenkaart van 5 of 10 lessen koopt en je lessen kunt afnemen op verschillende dagen in de week. Kun je een keer niet, kom je gewoon die andere dag. Voor mij als niet echte sporter een ideale uitkomst en goed te combineren met werk, kinderen en/of school!
Great lessons! Just like in the past, hit balls, football and fun team building assignments. Of course also occasional apages and extra activities such as participating in Bakkum Beach volleyball and other tournaments. Totally casual atmosphere because you do not have a subscription, but buy a strip ticket of 5 or 10 lessons and you can purchase lessons on different days of the week. If you can't do it, just come the other day. For me as a non-real athlete an ideal outcome and good to combine with work, children and / or school!
