★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 6 months of listening to my partner complain about how the omniboost integration with muse is causing constant problems. Their lack of support when queries are raised (two months to not respond is shocking). I've had enough, and I don't even have to work with their dodgy software and lack of customer support. This company obviously doesn't care about its customers. Before committing yourself to their products. Do your due diligence and find another company to deal with, there must be an organisation that actually has a good product and cares about their customers.

Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Omniboost team have been integral in the roll-out of our new PMS system - MEWS for Generator Hostels. Kees and his team are quick to discuss any integration needs or changes we have, both during and after site implementations and go lives.
Omniboost has been specifically helpful in API setups and XML data extracts from the MEWS PMS database and linking this into the Exact Globe environment. Generator have plenty more work in the pipeline with the Omniboost team and we really value their input and collaboration as we grow our brand and technical side of the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kees, Pieter and his team helped set our PMS integration (Mews) with our accounting system Xero and integrated our Epos, Lightspeed with Xero. These integrations now work seamlessly saving time, have reduce errors and deliver the information automatically. There were of course teething issues but the team were quick to resolve and find solutions. Highly recommended professional team.
