★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik belde met een vraag over mijn reservering. Reeds 4 keer geprobeerd telefonisch contact te zoeken met de zaak, op verschillende data en verschillende tijdstippen. Er wordt óf niet opgenomen, óf de hoorn wordt erop gegooid. Jammer!
 I called with a question about my reservation. Already tried 4 times to contact the case by telephone, on different dates and times. There is either no answer, or the receiver is thrown. Unfortunately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ November 2018 kocht ik hoge veters schoenen van het merk Nubik.
Al gauw ging de binnenschacht bij de hiel kapot. Na 10 x dragen heb ik de schoenen nooit mee aangedaan. Dit zei ik dinsdag 17 nov 2019 tegen het winkelpersoneel toen ik nieuwe schoenen kocht. De hoge veter schoenen moest ik in leveren en zijn beoordeeld. De conclusie, ik krijg de schoenen helemaal vergoed en mag na keuze nieuwe schoenen uitzoeken. Wat een top service voor Omoda klanten. Hier wil je toch altijd kopen.;-) Dank je wel Omoda voor zoveel super service..
November 2018 I bought high laces of shoes from the brand Nubik.
Soon the inner shaft at the heel broke. After wearing 10 times I never put on the shoes. I told the store staff this on Tuesday 17 Nov 2019 when I bought new shoes. I had to deliver the high lace shoes and have been assessed. The conclusion, I get the shoes fully reimbursed and may choose new shoes after choosing. What a top service for Omoda customers. You always want to buy here. ;-) Thank you Omoda for so much super service ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Horeca bij dit bedrijf is weer terug bij af. Heel lang wachten, geen aandacht voor de klant. Slecht getapt bier. Gestreste obers. Respectloos is wat bij dit bedrijf past.
The Horeca at this company is back to square one. Very long wait, no attention to the customer. Bad draft beer. Stressed out waiters. Disrespectful is what suits this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 10 minuten weer teleurgesteld naar huis gegaan van mijn shopafspraak. Ik was op zoek naar nieuwe laarsjes en vroeg voor twee modellen om maat 36, normaal gesproken nooit problemen om die te vinden. Helaas was maat 38 de kleinste maat die ze in de winkel hadden en werd mij erg onvriendelijk verteld dat ik dan maar een afspraak had moeten maken voor mijn maat. Kwam niet over alsof ze erg blij waren met klanten die in coronatijd speciaal een afspraak maken om te shoppen
After 10 minutes I went home disappointed from my shopping appointment. I was looking for new boots and asked for size 36 for two models, normally never having trouble finding them. Unfortunately, size 38 was the smallest size they had in the store and I was told very unkindly that I should have made an appointment for my size. Didn't appear as if they were very happy with customers who make a special appointment to shop during Corona time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd reserved 2 pairs of shoes online and went there last Thursday at about 5:30pm. The staff, a young lady, (I did not get her name but I should have) was really helpful and patient!
One of the pair of shoes was a bit big, although it was my usual size. She got 2 different sizes for me to try on and even checked which size was a better fit. She also helped to order online for a new pair.
With my 'not so good' Dutch, she had tried to understand me and made me want to come back for a new pair! She definitely deserves a compliment!
