Deze vrouw kan toveren met haar. Ik ben zeer tevreden met haar resultaten. Ze geeft daarbij heel goed advies, ze weet waar ze het over heeft. Daarnaast zijn er veel haar-, en huidprodukten te koop, welke erg voordelig geprijsd zijn! Net zoals de kapsalon. Eerlijke prijzen! Leuke shop, leuke mensen!
This woman can do magic with her. I am very satisfied with her results. She gives very good advice, she knows what she is talking about. In addition, there are many hair and skin products for sale, which are very affordable! Just like the hair salon. Fair prices! Nice shop, nice people!

Very very nice people I recomend onasafro friendly and give good advice for customers Iam a customer since 2014 my children my wife we go to onasafro top top top onas. They have alot of hair and cosmetics cheaper than some online shops ,and they have alot of experience. Again I recomend onasafro to everyone

Onas Afro is a very good shop....i have been a customer since 11 years and all the treatments I get there are wonderful and pleasant... I urge everyone to be going there because I have been to many Afro Shop, the types of treatments Onas always give to me is very special unlike other Afro Shop....Onas is a very patient person and I love her.

Rude owner the lady and her assistant I ask for my hair to be washed and they were acting so difficult and giving attitude when I ask is my hair not going to be dried with hair dryer or any haircream put in? Like wow they were actually considering just washing and drying with towel and letting me leave the store like that. Let alone customer service and I had to pay 20 euro for a 10 Min wash I am African and after time and time being disappointed by my fellow African others customer service is disappointing. It's just feels like they don't care anymore about their own. First and Last time I'm coming there and I for sure will not let any of my friends or family go there. Thanks for the unpleasant afternoon.

TL;DR: She sold me expired products and refused me a full refund with free return shipping. She was rude and unwilling to listen. I ordered 2 creams from Onas on the 22-10. She emailed me immediately, telling me the product is no longer available and that I Should choose another similar product. Which I did. She told me she would refund the difference. Her emails though were quite unprofessional, and she failed to reply to some of my questions. e.g, “when product going to arrive?” Fast-forward to the 26th of October. I received a package with the products and my 2 euro refund was also there. I was hoping I would receive my refund in my bank account and not by post — quite unprofessional!!! I immediately opened the cream and used it on my skin. However, upon closer inspection, I realized the creams were already expired by October 2021. I immediately called Onas, and she asked me to send her a pic. After seeing the pic, she calls me back telling me that the creams are not yet expired because it is not the end of the month yet and after opening I can still get to you, it for 1 year. I was trying to explain to Onas that I do not agree and that I should get a refund instead, and Onas would not listen. She kept talking over me throughout the phone conversation. She wanted me to send her back the product at my own cost, to which I disagreed because I already paid to get it shipped to me, I shouldn't have to pay to get it shipped back, and I should get a full refund including the initial shipping cost. So, she started berating me. She sounded so condescending and unapologetic about the matter. She then asked me to give the phone to someone else cause it seem like I do not understand what she is saying. I proceeded to tell her that in fact I do understand and that perhaps she needs to give the phone to someone else. Lastly, when I told her I would like to get a refund for the open product too, she flipped out and started shouting and calling me a liar… meanwhile, I never told her that the products were not opened. Because at the end of the day, it shouldn't matter whether it has been opened or not. What matters is that she sold me an expired product, for which she refused to take responsibility for! She kept shouting at me and calling me a liar and wouldn't let me explain myself. She hung up the call and did not resolve the issue. Resolution: I was called back and given a refund. I did not have to send the expired products back.
