★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aanvankelijk verliep alles heel voorspoedig: de offertes waren snel gemaakt en het leek allemaal prima geregeld. Uiteindelijk ging het toch helemaal mis. Dhr. Grozema had aangeboden om ons te ontzorgen voor de subsidieaanvraag. Daarna was het niet langer mogelijk om contact te krijgen.
Update: vandaag heeft Dhr. Rozema telefonisch contact opgenomen. Hij gaat uitzoeken wat er mis is gegaan en belooft een snelle oplossing.
Initially everything went very smoothly: the quotations were made quickly and everything seemed to be well organised. In the end it all went wrong. mr. Grozema had offered to unburden us for the subsidy application. After that it was no longer possible to get in touch.
Update: Today Mr. Rozema was contacted by phone. He sets out to find out what went wrong and promises a quick fix.
