En maar open tot 17:30 dus geen tijd om op te halen als je fulltime werkt. Schiet niet echt op. Never have to move now the closest postnl point. Packages are delivered automatically. And only open until 17:30 so no time to pick up if you work full time. Don't really hurry up.

Ik heb in de middag gebeld en gevraagd of de openingstijden gewijzigd waren op kerstavond - er werd mij verzekerd dat dat niet het geval was. Ik heb aangegeven einde van de middag (tussen 17.00 en 17.30) mijn pakketjes (voor kerst!) te komen ophalen en dat kon. Toen ik daar aankwam om 17.10 stond ik voor een dichte deur en was niemand te bereiken. Er hing een briefje op het raam dat zij ivm kerstavond om 16.30 waren gesloten. Treurig en uitermate teleurstellend!! Scandalous action on Christmas Eve. I called in the afternoon and asked if the opening hours had changed on Christmas Eve - I was assured that it was not. I indicated that I would pick up my packages (for Christmas!) At the end of the afternoon (between 17.00 and 17.30) and that was possible. When I got there at 5.10 pm I was standing in front of a closed door and nobody could be reached. There was a note on the window saying they were closed at 4:30 PM for Christmas Eve. Sad and utterly disappointing !!

Alleen omdat deze 2 pakketjes had gescant (bij de self-scan) terwijl er geen pakketjes meer bij konden. De klant was hiervan niet op de hoogte, echter toen zij dit zei, werd zij de winkel uitgestuurd; de jongeman achter de kassa zei dat hij de eigenaar was en schreeuwde steeds : NU MIJN WINKEL UIT Ik ben een dame van 70 en hierover erg ontdaan, nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Today I witnessed the owner chase a customer out of the store. Only because it had scanned 2 packages (with the self-scan) while no more packages could be reached. The customer was not aware of this, however when she said this, she was expelled from the store; the young man behind the till said he was the owner and kept yelling : NOW OUT OF MY SHOP I am a 70 year old lady and very upset about this, never experienced anything like this.
