Wij hadden een kozijn met houtrot dat dus deels vervangen moest worden. Bij toeval bij NTB uitgekomen. Er was enige haast bij (aangezien we het gedaan wilde hebben voor de schilder kwam). Dat heb ik aangegeven en binnen een paar dagen was de klus gedaan. Er is super netjes gewerkt en echt vakwerk geleverd. Nu het geschilderd is kan je niet meer zien waar het oude kozijn ophoudt en het “vervangen” stuk begint. Als ik weer een soortgelijke klus heb zal ik zeker weer voor NTB kiezen.

I have made a terrible mistake of recommending this company to friends. My experience with this company started off well. This aannemer, NTB Bouw en Onderhoud Kvk 32063045 (Nico Ter Beek) turned out to be very unprofessional. During the built, he made decisions without consulting us. As examples, he decided to stucwerk the WHOLE house, pull out all our electricity and rewire them and then tried to pass on to us a meer of minder invoice of extra almost 8000 eurs, He also disconnected our garden and front of the house lights, left the electrical wiring of our back yard in a mess and my husband even suffered a mild electric shocked when he accidentally grabbed an expose live wire. I couldn't have imagined the outcome if it was my 5 year old who grabbed that wire. We requested him to make good the lights but he wants to charge us 300 eurs. In addition, he collected money to order a houtkachel and for 4 months he never deliver it nor return our money. He just ignore all request to rectify and complete the remaining tasks and even asked me to stop contacting him. He is busy earning the big initial bucks from new projects and whatever small last bit of tasks left in previous projects is not his priority We finally ordered our own houtkachel and during installation last week, we were told that NTB/Nico has installed pipes that were not according to fire safety standard and that could have led to fire in our daughter's room and our roof! We have reached out to him to rectify the situation and again, he totally ignore us. If you are in the process of having him renovate your house, I beg you all to take precaution and not end up in the great distress, agony and mental stress like we did. There are many alternatives aannemers out there. I am only mentioning here a sample of examples of how unprofessional he turned out to be and how he made a hazard out of our home. If you care about your friends around this area, please do share this message as much as you can before they fall for the same trap like we did.
