To me this is like yoga or meditation, there is no quick fix, there is just practice. Cherie has taught me so much here… thank you. Cherie is an amazing chiropractor. She always seems to know where I am holding tension in my body and helps me to focus and release it gently. Her loving energy is healing and I feel so loved in my beingness after her adjustment. I know it is a practice that I have to keep doing for the rest of my life, and I feel empowered with the support I’m getting at this beautiful place in Utrecht.

Since Covid restriction most of us needed to work from home, my low back and my spine were not so happy about it, too many hours seating and forgetting to take walk and I end up one day blocked and could not even move and walking was very difficult, with great Help from One Chiropractic Studio team I was able to walk and move finally normally back again, I definitely I recommend One Chiropractic Studio.
