★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via Social Deal een bon besteld voor 60 minuten massage. Meerdere keren op verschillende dagen geprobeerd om telefonisch in contact te komen maar telkens werd de telefoon niet opgepakt. Vervolgens heb ik een mail gestuurd met de vraag of ik een afspraak kon inplannen aangezien ik telefonisch geen contact kreeg. Daarop kreeg ik een mail terug met een datum en een tijd en dat daarmee de afspraak bevestigd was. Beetje rare gang van zaken want er is geen overleg geweest en ik kan die dag ook helemaal niet.
Door de arrogante manier van reageren op mijn mails heb ik ook totaal geen zin meer om hier gemasseerd te worden. Dit kenbaar gemaakt, mijn geld terug gevraagd maar dat kon niet en dat moest ik maar met Social Deal regelen. Maar doordat ik telefonisch steeds niet in contact kwam met One4all, is inmiddels de termijn verlopen om mijn geld terug te krijgen via Social Deal. En dat wist One4all natuurlijk, heel slim gedaan.
De bon en massage kunnen mij gestolen worden verder, ik ga hier absoluut niet heen.
Ordered a Social Deal voucher for 60 minutes of massage via Social Deal. Several times on different days tried to get in touch by phone but the phone was not picked up each time. I then sent an e-mail asking if I could schedule an appointment as I had no contact by phone. I then received an e-mail with a date and a time, confirming that the appointment was confirmed. A bit weird, because there was no consultation and I can't go that day at all.
Because of the arrogant way of responding to my e-mails, I no longer feel like being massaged here. Made this known, asked for my money back but that was not possible and I had to arrange that with Social Deal. But because I still did not come into contact with One4all by phone, the time has now expired to get my money back via Social Deal. And of course One4all knew that, very cleverly done.
The voucher and massage can be stolen from me, I will definitely not go here.
