OnestopTaxPrep - Keizersgracht 241

I have gone to onestop for the last 4 years that I have been in the Netherlands. The first year I worked with Anela, she did a wonderful job with my taxes the responses were quick and I loved it. The 2nd year Anela had moved on and I was assigned to Ashwin. The communication wasn't great he didn't respond for a while but eventually with some effort from me he responded and very quickly did my taxes and did again a very good job and was apologetic. Last year again there was a bit of communication loss but only for about a week or so and the taxes were in so I was happy. This year I decided to get a jump on it. Especially because of corona and because of many changes to my situation I wanted to get the ball rolling as soon as possible. I emailed Ashwin in early January and he responded immediately and set up a call. We had a call in late January and I sent him everything required that night and asked for a followup. a few days passed and no response - I sent an email asking if he'd had a chance to look another week passed and no response - I sent another email Another week - another email, and I called the office.. the receptionist said he couldn't talk and shed have him call me back More weeks passing more emails from me, more calls, I even started calling every day.. every time I get the same response from the receptionist that she's just working the phones and can do nothing.. I keep calling and no matter what I say I never get a call back and never an email.. Finally I call a different service and they agree to do the taxes for me, so I write to onestop saying finally do not do anything more with my taxes I will not use their services.. But the new company says they need my last tax returns! My computer was stolen last year so I do not have the files sent to me from onestop any longer and their secure links no longer work! I am back to calling them all the time and getting no responses at all, its been 2 months! I am totally blocked from even doing my taxes by them and I am at my wits end! and I have no idea even why!?

Ashwin has been doing my taxes for the past 10 years. However, the last four years the service has been extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I I have been trying to find the status of my 2016,2017 &!2018 taxes. I call and email with no response for months at a time. Out of the blue I will get a response and I will think things are proceeding and then they will go silent. I’ve been told several times that they will forward me all my documents and my taxes, so I can continue with the new accountant and then nothing will happen. Ashwin And One Stop Tax Prep have put me in a very difficult and costly position.
