★ ★ ★ ★ ★ snelle levering accu met zij pool aansluiting(usa car). mijn 'nieuwe'accu bij aankomst slechts 258CCA van de 740cca(volgens de specs) . Ik heb het bedrijf gemaild (na sluitingstijd) en kreeg binnen het uur een nette reactie. Ze gaan een retour label sturen en daarna alsnog een goede accu leveren die wél 740cca heeft. Dat vind ik heel correct , nogwel buiten hun kantoortijden helpen ze de klant.
fast delivery battery with side pole connection (usa car). my 'new' battery on arrival only 258CCA of the 740cca (according to the specs). I emailed the company (after closing time) and got a decent response within the hour. They will send a return label and then still deliver a good battery that does have 740cca. I think that is very correct, they still help the customer outside their office hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebeld met klanten service, accu was op voorraad en volgende dag in huis. Elders was deze nergens op voorraad. Wel jammer dat DHL mijn adres zomaar heeft aangepast waardoor ik naar een dhl punt moest, maar daar kan online accu niets aan doen. Snelle service?
Called customer service, battery was in stock and delivered the next day. Elsewhere it was nowhere in stock. It is a pity that DHL just changed my address so that I had to go to a DHL point, but online battery cannot do anything about that. Fast service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graag wil ik meedelen dat de service van Accudael zeer maar dan ook zeer slecht is. ik heb een accu gekocht de accou is defectie, daarna heb ik de accu terug gebracht. ik ben naar een auto dealer gegegaan die heeft aangegeven dat de acu buiten gebruik is. toen ik de accu terug heb gestuurd en mij geld terug wou is dat geweigerd door de verzekering. Beste mensen koop je spullen niet bij accudeal ik heb een zeer maar dan ook zeer slechte ervaring met hun SUPER SLECHT!!!!!!!!!!!! In de onderstaande bijlage vindt mijn bon en een verklaring van de dealer dat het defect is.

Dear people, do not buy your stuff at accudeal I have a very but also very bad experience with their SUPER BAD !!!!!!!!!!!! In the attachment below you will find my receipt and a statement from the dealer that it is defective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een nieuwe Varta accu besteld en deze werd snel geleverd. Binnen een maand geeft de auto een storing en na controle bij de garage blijkt dat deze accu niet goed is en veel te weinig capaciteit heeft en direct vervangen moet worden. Gebeld met Accu online en te horen gekregen dat we hem maar moeten opsturen. Zij moeten het eerst zelf constateren. Je staat dan wel minimaal een week stil met je auto. Er wordt niets ter overbrugging geregeld. Geval van goedkoop = duurkoop dus.
Ordered a new Varta battery and it was delivered quickly. Within a month the car gives a malfunction and after checking at the garage it appears that this battery is not good and has far too little capacity and must be replaced immediately. Called Accu online and was told to send it in. They have to find out for themselves first. You will then be standing still with your car for at least a week. There is no bridging arrangement. Case of cheap = expensive.

6 maanden geleden een nieuwe Varta accu besteld en deze werd snel geleverd. Maar nu inmiddels accupool geoxideerd en per direct contact opgenomen met de klantenservice.
Als antwoord hoor ik dat het niet onder garantie valt.
Met foto's hebben hun dit besloten, dat het door kortsluiting ontstaan is terwijl dat niet kan onstaan door een kortsluiting.
Motorkap van mijn auto sinds nieuwe accu nooit open geweest.
Dit is oprecht de slechtste bedrijf waar ik iets heb besteld, onervaren klantenservice, slechte communicatie. Bij hun valt er bijna niks onder garantie.

Ordered a new Varta battery 6 months ago and it was delivered quickly. But now battery pole oxidized and immediately contacted customer service.
I'm told it's not covered under warranty.
With photos they have concluded this, that it was caused by a short circuit, while that cannot be caused by a short circuit.
The hood of my car has never been open since new battery.
This is honestly the worst company I have ordered from, inexperienced customer service, poor communication. They have almost nothing under warranty.
