Dat je dit soort mensen op de werkvloer hebt is onacceptabel, daar moet Only wat aan doen, dit is niet de 1e keer dat deze mevrouw naar doet, helpt niet, grote mond en denkt niet mee voor oplossing, gewoon kansloos en onvriendelijk. Ik kom daar nooit meer winkelen!
Worthless management team in Batavia city Only!! One Romy can't even call himself a manager when you treat customers like that! That you have these kinds of people in the workplace is unacceptable, Only has to do something about it, this is not the 1st time this lady does it, does not help, big mouth and does not think along for a solution, just hopeless and unfriendly. I will never shop there again!

Tijdens het afrekenen was de dame achter de kassa buitengewoon onvriendelijk en arrogant, ze had totaal geen zin om een klant te helpen. Ondanks de leuke kleding en verzorgde winkel, vind ik dit erg jammer.

During the checkout the lady behind the till was extremely unfriendly and arrogant, she had no desire to help a customer at all. Despite the nice clothes and neat store, I find this very unfortunate.
