★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend had a very bad experience this afternoon around 16.30. She was going to check if the package with DHL has been delivered here at the store. The Customer Service Representative (a man with beard) was very rude and dismissive of the customer. My girlfriend tried to explain about the house address (10 - 21 address), and the customer service rep. were frowning at my girlfriend. She apologize but the employee was still very rude. If you don't want to serve as DHL Service Point, then do not agree to do so. Too bad a nice store that has a very impolite employee or customer service representative.

Staff is very helpful picking out the good stuff and good deals in the right sizes. I was done within the hour - excellent.
