Unmotivated employees. Very poor selection, almost exclusively basics. Unfriendly processing of a complaint!

Verkäuferin hat versucht mich eingeredet dass es mein Schuld war oder es ist passiert beim Waschen wo ist noch nicht gewaschen war. Ich geh e da nicht mehr einkaufen. I bought things that were damaged 3 times. Could not be exchanged for new or back with invoice. Saleswoman has tried to persuade me it was my fault or it happened while washing where was not washed yet. I'm not shopping anymore.

Ich trage nur Jeanshosen und das ist mir noch nie passiert. Die Verkäuferin meinte, dass sei mein verschulden. Trotz Kassenbon und schlechter Qualität der Hose war kein Umtausch möglich. I bought jeans for € 49 last Friday from Only. This broke immediately when you put it on. It is of poor quality. I only wear jeans and that has never happened to me. The seller said that it was my fault. Despite the receipt and the poor quality of the pants, no exchange was possible.
M	M G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was läuft da falsch bei den Mitarbeitern in der Only Filiale in Kleve?! Meine Tochter hat sich eine Jacke gekauft, die Mitarbeiterin hat diese Jacke einmal entsichert allerdings ist meiner Tochter später aufgefallen das diese Jacke mit einer zweiten Sicherung versehen war, was ja auch kein Problem ist. Meine Tochter ist zurück zur Filiale und hat drauf hingewiesen. Eine Mitarbeiterin reagierte darauf hin richtig unfreundlich, meine Tochter fühlte sich total unwohl und sagte das sie die Jacke bezahlt und nicht geklaut hat. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte dann total unfreundlich, na hoffentlich. Ich arbeite selbst im Verkauf und ich weiß wie es sich gehört mit Kunden umzugehen. Aber die Ma bei Only haben warscheinlich noch ganz viel Schulungsbedarf was der Umgang mit Kunden angeht. Manchmal muss man sich auch selbst eingestehen das man nicht perfekt ist und auch Fehler macht und es nicht auf andere wälzen. What's wrong with the employees in the Only branch in Kleve ?! My daughter bought a jacket, the employee unlocked this jacket once, but later my daughter noticed that this jacket had a second lock, which is not a problem. My daughter returned to the branch and pointed it out. An employee reacted really unfriendly, my daughter felt totally uncomfortable and said that she paid for the jacket and not stolen it. The employee then said totally unfriendly, hopefully. I work in sales myself and I know how to deal with customers. But the staff at Only probably still need a lot of training when it comes to dealing with customers. Sometimes you have to admit to yourself that you are not perfect and that you also make mistakes and not pass it on to others.

R	Ruth Dercks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Hoch auf diese Mitarbeiter und ihre Motivation zur Einhaltung / Kontrolle der corona-Regeln. Das Schild am Eingang "nur 2G" scheint zu reichen. Beide Mitarbeiter sehen neue Kunden, die brav am Eingang stehen und Impfstatus und Personalausweis in der Hand haben -- aber keiner sieht sich in der Lage es zu kontrollieren!! Einfach nur perfekt in der aktuellen Lage Cheers to these employees and their motivation to comply with / control the corona rules. The sign at the entrance "only 2G" seems to be enough. Both employees see new customers who are standing at the entrance and have vaccination status and identity card in hand - but neither sees themselves in a position to check it! Just perfect in the current situation
