Ik kwam eigenlijk alleen voor informatie maar het is echt een top systeem. Zeker met die 3D scan van je tanden. Je ziet meteen jouw tanden op het scherm en daarna hoe het gaat worden. Ik was bij de ortho geweest en die kwamen met 4000 euro voor dezelfde behandeling. Dit is dus de helft!
I only came for information but it is really a top system. Certainly with the 3D scan of your teeth. You immediately see your teeth on the screen and then how it is going to be. I had been to the ortho and they came with 4000 euros for the same treatment. So this is half!

Vorige week een scan gedaan en nu de simulatie gezien in 3D. Echt heel mooi systeem! Je ziet gewoon je tanden bewegen naar hoe ze recht staan. Ga ermee beginnen en dan in 10 maanden moeten ze recht zijn. Kan niet wachten <3
Did a scan last week and now seen the simulation in 3D. Really very nice system! You just see your teeth move to how they stand. Go start it and then in 10 months they must be straight. Can't wait <3

Snelle communicatie en een fijne ontvangst & begeleiding bij de scan van mijn tanden en gebit. Daarna in de mail een duidelijke video simulatie ontvangen van de huidige situatie van mijn gebit en hoe Orthoclear mijn gebit kan gaan verbeteren. Goede service en op naar een stralende lach! Blij mee! ??

Ben ik geweest voor de 3D scanning. Gaat super makkelijk en best snel. Je ziet meteen je tanden op het scherm. Ik ben al jaren bang voor tandartspraktijken, maar dit viel echt mee hoor. Nu wachten op de simulatie en dan beginnen.
I have been for the 3D scanning. Goes super easy and quite fast. You immediately see your teeth on the screen. I have been afraid of dental practices for years, but this wasn't too bad. Now wait for the simulation and then start.

Niet klant vriendelijk en de manier waarop er berichten worden gestuurd is erg onprofessioneel.
Not customer friendly and the way messages are sent is very unprofessional.

The owner is very responsive and helpful in the beginning but once the payment is done, the communication stops. Questions no longer being answered questions are no longer answered, and there is a lack of transparency about the exact treatment plan. I can only advice to stay away from this and location and choose for a regular bracket, as they give the best results.

So I had an appointment and I sent an email a day before because I felt sick and given the pandemic that we are in is better to be safe and not have contact with other people, so emailed to see if we could change the appointment, and receive no reply. The day of the appointment a person calls me very rudely to ask where I am and why I didnt show up, I mentioned I was sick and I had emailed he said "well too bad, now you arent welcomed for a treatment anymore". WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT? Refused service just because I didnt want to potentially spread a virus?.... WOW.... horrible Lets reply to what he says...did I get the chance to send you the email that I had sent? No, because you immediately said okay bye and didnt even let me finish a sentence. I DID email and I can show the email, but even then its RIDICULOUS that you would treat people this way, considering we are paying you for a service, not the other way around and who are you to determined whether we have discipline or not We are in the middle of a PANDEMIC, if I am sick, I am not going out of my house and spread the virus just so you dont get angry and refuse service...But I actually have to thank you for saving me having to deal with rude people for a year, and you lost a good amount of money so ? and no I was not in the train, im not sure how much more you can invent from one phone call... but its your business not mine and being petty only affects you, not me ?
