★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeker niet klantvriendelijk!! Ik heb vandaag gebeld om een afspraak te maken, in de ochtend. Toen werd ik verzocht om later even terug te bellen omdat ze personeel te kort kwamen. Zonet teruggebeld en een of andere arrogante kakker heeft de telefoon opgenomen. Hij kon nu geen afspraak maken omdat er een computerstoring is. Ik heb aangegeven hier niet zo blij mee te zijn omdat ik vanochtend ook al heb gebeld. Zijn reactie was niet dat hij het begreep.. nee hij zei: Ok, dan ga ik nu ophangen!
Behandel je je klanten altijd zo?! Dus ik heb aangegeven dat ik het ontzettend onvriendelijk vind en dat ik mijn huisarts maar ga vragen om naar een andere oogarts te worden doorgestuurd. Zijn reactie in een arrogante nare toon: succes, dat duurt dan 5-6 maanden! vervolgens heb ik maar opgehangen. Dan wacht ik liever zo lang dan dat ik binnen 1 week word geholpen door een arrogante vent.
Certainly not customer friendly !! I called today to make an appointment in the morning. Then I was asked to call back later because they were short on staff. Just called back and some arrogant cockroach answered the phone. He could not make an appointment now because there is a computer failure. I have indicated that I am not so happy with this because I already called this morning. His reaction was not that he understood .. no, he said: Ok, then I'm going to hang up now!
Do you always treat your customers like this ?! So I indicated that I find it incredibly unfriendly and that I will just ask my doctor to be referred to another eye doctor. His reaction in an arrogant nasty tone: success, that takes 5-6 months! then I just hung up. Then I'd rather wait so long than being helped by an arrogant guy within 1 week.
